Comment: The consistent positive and material newsflow continues from AJAX, with the mix of either fresh, bargain basement acquisitions, or like today, drilling and development. A move back towards 10p is now perhaps overdue for the share price.

On one specific point on your post, ICC2 is now very firmly included in the ICSID claim. It is not separate. AC has appealed the corrupt decision in ICC2 to make a point on principle, but in reality if we win ICSID that will include the ICC2 claim. If AC hadn’t appealed the ICC2 decision, that would have sent a weak and negative message to shareholders and others who are interested.

They’ve certainly been ‘pig headed’ so far, including insulting AC and his team personally, and making a totally derisory offer. Also bribing the judge at ICC2, although they won’t be able to play that game at ICSID.

I do hope you are right, and logic dictates that you will be, but their behaviour so far has shown to be no better than bandits and robbers.

Great analysis and I agree with most of it.

However, you overlook the fact that the government is in disarray and riddled with corruption. No one has the best interests of the country at heart. Basically we are up against a load of bandits.

I think there is zero chance of them settling m and so we will be amongst the two-thirds who have to go the long route to justice.

Zenith Energy Ltd. The first six months of 2026 will be characterised by potentially transformational activity for our business with the submission of two separate environmental impact assessments for the two largest Uranium deposits in Italy, the commencement of construction of our first solar plant in the Puglia region of Italy, and the final hearing of the ICSID arbitration in late April for a total claimed amount exceeding approximately US$572.65 million.”

Comment: ZEN is being canny in raising enough cash to see it through to the denouement regarding its Tunisian claim, which it should win given that the Tunisians do not really have a leg to stand on. In the meantime the company has the ongoing developments in Italy, with the uranium moves currently the icing on the cake.

I agree with almost all you say. However, if (when) we win ICSID there is absolutely no chance that we will get the full award of nearly $600m. I think that any thoughts about value need to be closer to 50% or maybe less.
