What on earth are you on about? You and your sidekick are the worst on here for hurling insults at people who offer an alternative opinion. The presentation (and its poor delivery) makes no difference to the SP or the cash position and therefore the dilution price that is coming shortly. Interestingly, that is something he didn’t even come near to discussing.

It is dilution on the way. The only way any of this could have been made a positive outcome would have been if an outside investor had bought one of the assets at significant premium to what BEM had invested to get it to that point. There hasn’t even been a whiff of this. Just more tapping of small investors to bankroll the latest KBs punt.

KB can’t do anything about the SP through positive words, he has to deliver actual cash investment.

Other companies can get SP bumps from positive words / early development results because they have a degree of goodwill.

BEM is a decade of positive talk but delivering very little outside investment, instead relying on dilution. It doesn’t wash anymore with the small investors who have other opportunities.

The thing is, ‘cash’ is about to get very much more expensive, just when BEM needs an injection of it.

Nobody could possibly know if any money will ever come in from non-Kallak assets with the information currently available. It is mostly positive words with a little bit of drilling.

By finance Kallak I would have to assume you mean further drilling / 3D seismic etc. Actually turning it into a fully producing mine would require a partner with a very significant amount of cash. BEM couldn’t do it alone.

My best guess would be that further characterisation of Kallak will come through repeated dilution. KB makes claims about interesting talks that he has with interested groups. You could place hope in that being fruitful (or even true) and think that is where Kallak development money will come from.

He will likely talk of exciting times ahead and of interesting discussions that are ongoing. That will be the ‘meat on the bones’. No need to talk about cash.

The SP is just the markets opinion and so the SP tells us that market doesn’t believe BEM can deliver on anything that will put a serious sum of money in its coffers. It has had years of so called ‘positive news’ and not a single piece of this news has produced anything cash generative, just more dilution.

BEM is seen as your typical AIM diluted to death story and that because of what management has done (or hasn’t done). Maybe they can pull out an of the blue RNS for a profitable sale of assets or a JV at very favourable terms. But it will be a random announcement even if it ever happens. An investor is being asked to take a punt on a random announcement against the risk of serious dilution.

Looks like you can get low four digit buys at 4 pence. The way it is drifting it could soon be in the 3 pence zone. Plus you have to account for the dilution that is on its way.

It is a shot in the dark with regards news that would bump the SP. Random announcement about a sale of an asset or new investor financing of further exploration? Do you trust the management to deliver is the question.

I wasn’t talking about the spread. I was talking about the size of a few individual trades that has nothing to do with the spread. Try again.

The market has shown no interest in the election news - like the rest of supposed good news. So it look likes dilution at a terrible price unless they announce a cash injection from a sale or partnership.

For BEM, a few fairly large trades today (tiny relative to a share with broad market interest).

Four pence could be the next stop (a terrible price for dilution).

Doesn’t look like the market (what exists as one for BEM) is reading much into the election. Maybe this coalitions in Sweden is deemed quite collapsible.

I suggest you speak to the management of AIM mining companies at the various events that are put on in London throughout the year. They will happily detail the number of emails they receive from private investors who have gotten well out of depth with their investment (gamble) and who then demand imminent news that will save said investment (gamble).

It is a well known headache in the industry. Of course, they dilute the sh*t out of people so what do they expect? But the recent output from BEM is just fluff and it inevitably will be when you are being asked to ‘keep investors informed’.

News of a big investor in the company - significant. News of a sale of an asset - significant. Drill results showing an extremely economic find - significant. If he delivers on these things then fair enough. However, most of the other stuff is to calm the nerves of the bedwetters.

Why would they do the interview if they had anything substantive ready to go? The point of a fluff piece like is to act as replacement for substantive news.

It is as if KB cannot win either way. Without having anything of substance to report he does the right thing by not communicating frequently. He is then criticised for this and so responds by firing out aspirational fluff pieces and duplicating updates. He is then criticised for vacuous communications.

There might be some more drilling at the end of the year and maybe some dilution to go with it. Next year there might be some more talk about progressing Kallak. Finland will probably go into hibernation.

KB should just be left alone and not harangued for the sort of updates that he can’t yet deliver.

These fluff interviews will probably happen more frequently as that has been one of the criticisms of KB - he doesn’t pump out regular updates.

Again, market showing no interest with laughable volumes within equally laughable spreads.

Almost as if they have split one RNS into two in order to make it look like two pieces of positive news. It is the principally the same RNS repeated - interesting early drill results that are sufficient to warrant more drilling.

Maybe the next batch of drilling results will further strengthen the case for the asset. But that doesn’t change cash burn and the dilution cloud hanging over the share.

If they get serious investment from a biggish explorer for one of the assets then KB will have earned his money. The problem is - he hasn’t.

People like to demand answers because it assumes there is significant activity going on that they are not being informed about. It would seem more probable that there is no information to give out because the company is a hive of inactivity. The latter is more difficult to swallow so it easier to just pretend the former is true.

There doesn't seem to be this mythical Kallak investor in deep talks. The latest drill results just indicate that further drilling is probably justifiable. Finland has gone backwards.

Even worse this stasis costs money - cash burn. And it requires serial dilution to maintain the stasis. As it stands, KB has failed, it is that simple. He seems a genuine guy. The assets are quite interesting. But he has failed to put anything together that has produced returns for investors.

Forced communications require him to talk opaquely. To talk in generalities. I think it would be better if remained silent until he has something of genuine significance to report. That could be every six to twelve months with BEM.
