I am startting to think i need a core holding here and another type of lcm related strategy

The roi suggests everything todate has been sensible. Lost something like less than 10 cases out of 200.

It is a good compounder if rhey keep it up. 3rd party funds are key.

You would have to think some news is coming on additional fund close. With 80m aud of cash we need more 3rd party funds.

You would also think given the returns so far they are happy to come on board

At a 50pct discount buying your own shares is a no brainer.! Not sure whey they have not!

Never seen a situation that there is anger because a drug is working better than they ever expected.

The longer 1a takes then better the platform the more valuable.

Last night i read results presentation from 2019.

Solid expansion for 6 yrs. Market leader, continously expanding and integrating and doing it in first class way.

Yup. Covid came, rates came. Bit underlying it.

This is a company that grew earnings for a decade consistenly!!.

Once they get a good offtaker it will move.

There is alot of graphite in the ground you just need to lock in the buyer.

Sure they can expand using existing cashflow as well as plant as collateral.

What is missing is the offtake and strategic tie up

So interesting.

Getting to covid levels. Long term, pay down so debt. If rates fall refinance.

But also. No reason to buy now. So people keep selling in dispair

Their investment hurdle is 15pct roe. So not sure why you think they cannot grow.

Yes their debt will drag. But when rates start to fall and they increase ticket prices like everything else it will come good.

Inflation is being forecase at 2.5pct next year

We are supposed to be taking a lifetime view on the stock but everyone is looking out to 1 yr

Share price is a bit nuts. There will be a time when peak fear of rates passes ( just like covid).

I personally think they have enough pricing power to maintain margins. If all prices are going up you will not blink about your transport costs.

Also why do we focus on persistant uk inflation.

Most money flows from US and europe and they are seeing some moderation!.

Everything in this market seemsnto be short term.

I expect once the initial buying from rns ends they will sell it down on low volume.

Sad. But many stocks are sitting at very low valuations

I will hold until the news changes.

They are getting less risky as they grow bigger.

I like it because it is an easy hold. It will continue to compound and book value increases keep the margin of safety

Clearly they are bringing in some experience here. This is the important rns not the other one.
