Every major us newspaper had stories on this 2 days ago. One said it was major issue for 60pct of schools in a poll.

It will get sorted because voters will be annoyed their kids are coming home late or they have to change their schedules. Bus companies will have to be paid to source drivers.

We are in the chaos stage, and maybe some public sector bus operators >50pct of schools will get annoyed at issue and try and palm it off to private sector.

It is interesting that the us business has lost profitability. However if you google bus driver shortage in usa, you find articles in all major newspapers.

Interestingly they are saying this is a countrywide issue and many schools are using 2 pickups at night so kids are coming home late. It is also recognised as a major issue for whole education system.

On the long run something will have to be done on pricing. Parents will have to pay up or gov will need to increase funding.. kids and school is a political issue

Honestly if we believe this is a hyper growth company. Raise 3m gbp. Get the sales ramped up. Then look to finance 50k using the 3m gbp as collateral with good sales coming in.

Why waste 9m mucking about with minor cashflow issues. Shows a lack of strategy or other things.

Part of this will be soft prices which are on fastmarkets. Prepayments will have discount, if you factor the invoice you also give up profit to those giving you finance.

I would still love a 2 to 3m gbp raise. It just gets rid of the uncertainty and allows headroom

Telling reuters about 50k expansion before the working capital statements makes no sense.

There is great potential here but the ceo needs to work with people who are more formal in style.

He is a passionate deal maker, but that is not enough to deal with say a big car company. We need a cfo with established record and maybe a COO.

I think these results only have 1m from new plant.

So real increase in profitability has not kicked in yet.

Admin costs will increase..because we built the new plant.

This delay in payment is not that unusual. I experienced it first hand.

Hopefully they willl sort out some factoring or recievables financing. Sometimes you just need to show some historical stability first
