I did my cognitive research on aaa when RS left boom and set up aaa. It amazed me when it rose from pennies to over 63p.
So i did more research and still couldn't see how a m/cap of over £600,000,000 was justified.
If the placings happen and options are taken there will be circa 1.7 billion shares at 80p so a m/cap of £1,360,000.000.
with a generous valuation of £360,000,000 for boom that leaves £1,000,000,000 as the NAV for a bit of Asimilar, 100% of Sentiance and 28% of Aquaa (before its next funding round). Why would any Boom holder welcome attention from AAA. You are not invested here you are invested in a company withe next to zero assets.
