They'll just tell you they've made great progress, but everything they say will be a re-hash of what they say every time. When you consider that the true grey market, through Oberon, was meant to open last August, almost a year ago, it goes to show they have no clue what they are doing, and are making up the updates as they go along. Lack of strategy, lack of planning and a don't care attitude.

20:07 I never knew it was going to be such a long play-out. If only they could give some indication of what progress they have made, hope hay they are working in on right now and some sort of timeline. We were promised a re-Listing in February, but still nothing out there to give me hope of getting any of my investment back, let alone making a profit on it ??

14:45 There is no news anywhere pallone. As far as I am concerned they are doing nothing and hiding behind any excuse that pops up. If thats the case the progress they have made must be very weak. What are they waiting for, a completely positive situation so insiders can dump shares as soon as possible (thats assuming they haven't already?) If so, it says a lot about their confidence in what they have "built".

10:52 I do not understand the present business at all. So can one who understands it - elaborate? I see it as a huge and promising tech suitable for the governments and big corporations. but also as a business which has no permanent IP advantage. which has got not adoption and traction - yet. which is full of potential and hope. so - why will the BIG ones sign with us (despite our better tech) and not with one of their own players (in the family confidentiality , security , profits sharing ...) TIA

They have close to 2billion shares issued and from what i can tell very little cash. Any offer will almost certainly involve
AAA paper. They need 75% of a vote and by my calcs they currently have about 55%(minimum) of shares issued in Boom.

Daddy. If the EPS is in cents then the share price must be quoted in dollars to get the correct P/E.
So Price =£12.625 x (fx rate )$1.2594 =$15.90
So FY2022 EPS is 20.7 P/E is $15.90 divided by $0.207 =76.8x
FY2023 EPS is 33 P/E is $15.90 divided by $0.33 = 48.2x

From Finncap Research portal 2022 estimate P/E 127.2 on ebitda of $4.0m.
2023 estimate P/E 79.8 on ebitda of $6.0m.
This was from the morning note on the 25th of April based on a share price of £20.50.
Based on current share price of £12.625 the P/E is more like 78.3 and 49.1 respectively.
The Finncap note from this morning shows ebitda of $1.3m for the first 4 months.
This points to a year ending ebitda of closer to $6m which would lower the 2022 P/E estimate to 52.2

For CGT purposes the tax on warrants is calculated by adding the issue price to the excercise price. This is subtracted from the sale price to get profit which is then taxed. In this case the issue price was zero. Therefore Tobins profit will be whatever he sells them at minus the average excercise price. I think its more likely voting rights, as Countback said or given its 1.5million dollars cover ing a short term liquidity issue.
