and to think i was arguing with some of the dreamers like bushy not that long ago about the differences between shg and hum. if you're invested here then you need to get your head checked. you literally couldn't go wrong with a goldminer the past couple of years unless you're in this ****show. and it's not going to change (like i've been saying for years). i'm one of the few who has made money from this basket case because i buy post inevitable bad news and sell when most posters start talking the same **** as bushy in the run up to the next set of results. that's the only way you'll make money here. as always, you've been warned.

Why the drop? Because the deal has been signed between the parties, but not by the SA government. So not final (yet). And, there's no time-frames on the other news other than Q4. Very simple, lemmings will sell because acquisitions and financing structures take time. Unsurprised, unlike some of the rampers here.

You've got no idea growmore. Look at all the backers of O&G projects in the Nth Sea. Glencore with Zanaga. Look at the backers of HZM. There's also nothing in writing they will debt fund any more acquisitions. Keep your head in the clouds. I'll keep my feet on the ground.

Growmore it's not about the magnitude of asset value. Otherwise Zanaga would be worth $1bn. And you wouldn't have the disasters of Sirius or Horizonte. Emmerson would be worth a fortune. Alongside countless O&G companies. And some of these aren't in a f@cked part of the world called Africa. Anyone care to add another 50 micro-caps to the list...?

The secret to realising big gains here is to 1) trade off the lemmings, or 2) they ACTUALLY do deliver debt funded acquisitions and development without significant dilution. Go check out HE1 as a good example of how things can be delayed, and how dilution creates YoYo effects with lemmings being caught by raises for general purposes or acquisitions.

Yep lock-in is good. But again people need to understand £8.5m worth of 1.25p shares is a very large % ownership and it will act as an anchor on the sp unless things like debt funded acquisitions and development are announced. Then you get the rocket. I'm not letting my head sit in the clouds until I see such things.

The promise of non-dilutive DEVELOPMENT funding is why I've invested here. But I haven't lost sight of needing to print £8.5m worth of 1.25p shares for Beisa to close. Until they announce the acquisitions without printing more shares, and we see $500m in development funding agreed, then I'm going to stay a little more grounded on this one. If they announce such things then I do see a 3x here in short order. But 20p is a long time from now. Rampers and lemmings of course could take this higher. Happy for them to do so. I'd love to get a quick +£50k profit from my 3m shares. If it drops further today I may even pick up some more. Will of course call it once I've hit the buy button for McFirth and co.

I've seen the interviews. I haven't seen any rns showing they have secured $500m in funding for new acquisitions that we know nothing about. Maybe Mark Craig can find them for me.

Yeah if they meet or exceed expectation there's a quick 50% here. They still have to do it though. That's been the issue in the past. Let's hope this time they nail it. Two weeks to go by my reckoning. GLA

seriously guys you need to relax. if it's this week, next week, or november, it doesn't matter. it's the content of the rns that matters. if it takes longer than expected (it normally does), it's not a problem providing they deliver on their promises. as for losing respect, come on. no experienced investor with his head in the realms of reality would blink an eye at two major deals running over for a micro cap in africa. only potential issue is they issue a **** ton more shares to pay for any new acquisition. not an issue if it's at a decent premium, but again this isn't normal. this of course isn't a normal speccy, which is why i'm here. upside outweighs downside by a factor. gla

i mentioned the other day when taking a position that more often than not timings slip on these things. and directors often miscalculate how long it will take to close deals. called a deramper by a few ****s, but anyone who has been in african mining companies know this is usually the case. either way folks need to relax. start worrying in another month if you still haven't heard anything. sp will of course retreat with each week news is overdue. again not deramping just stating the bleeding obvious. now at 3m @ 1.28p. will wait for sub 1.25p before i go in for any more. gla

Some modest block buying happening today. This will move very quickly if we get good news in a couple of weeks and volume in the millions.

Not sure this being canned will result in the sp regaining ground. I think fomo will be the driver over the coming couple of weeks. Expecting to be mid-high 30's by the end of next week. GLA

Someone was saying perforation had started but cloud cover etc stopped any confirmation. If you're saying there's now pics of drill rig on pad then I'd say it's no longer conjecture and pretty high probability they've started perforations. I'm not on discord but good to know these things have been shared.
