He needs to keep buying though. He's bought about 40% of his required amount to qualify for warrants and it pushed us up around 2p. Unless PIs start buying (and not selling) we'll stay around the 5-5.5p level. Of course 5p helps for his 3p warrants, but this doesn't really hep our cash situation. We need the 5 & 6p warrants to be exercised for us to get enough cash to keep going, which means we need to get past 8p for 5 days. For that to happen I reckon we'll need him to buy closer to 10-15m shares. He doesn't appear to be dipping his toe at the moment. Perhaps waiting for PIs to sell. This of course could all be avoided if we get some really good news like tariff approval being close to agreed (or heaven forbid actually agreed). GLA

I'm solely trusting in SF to get things done. He's managed to do more for the sp in a few weeks than Hanno has in years. Long may it continue.

Exactly Fastfood. I'd also add the lower number of shares available on TSX, and their appetite for resources, makes them more likely to be higher than AIM, and to have much bigger sp swings.

Hi extrader, nice to hear for you as always. Yes SF needs another 6m just to qualify to activate his warrant options. I'm really hoping he's looking to time his investments so it will trigger the 6p warrants, which is where the majority of funds can be sourced. Obviously it would help if PIs start investing at this level to support the rise (and not sell). And for SF not to execute any of his 3 or 5p warrants when they become available. Even more obvious is what some genuinely good news will do at the moment as well e.g. tariff update, historical cost agreement etc. ATB

The good thing about SF buying all the way up to 65m shares is we'll get another 3 RNS in the coming weeks, which will be all +ve for the sp. It really is a genius move what they've done. SF gets to take his overall stake to 20% of the company and even if he's buying at 8p his average will still be closer to 5p for the additional shares when he cashes in warrants. We then get funding from his 3 / 5p warrants we'll have another £200k. But if the sp is pushed to 8p+ for 5 consecutive trading days the other 6p warrant holders can be forced to exercise (up to £1.7m cash). SF gets another 3-4% of the company at circa 5p average and the company gets enough cash to take it through to FC. I'm hoping this is the sneaky plan here - To push the sp to 8p+. It will allow the company to move forward unencumbered by one of the main things that make investors nervous - funding. C'mon SF make it happen! GLA

Highest volume in the past 3 months (even including black GE day). Got a feeling this is the re-rate to the 6-7p level that many felt was fair value. Such a clever way for them to reward SF plus raise the necessary cash from warrants. GLA

Yes it is SF mopping up shares. And to extrader's point, if he can time it so he pushes the SP to 8p then all funding concerns will be addressed by warrants being exercised. Not sure I can see it happening but let's hope this is their cunning plan. Only issue is pi's selling as the sp breaks new gound.

I think we may have SF pushing up the SP here. This could run to 6p very easily on the volume he needs to absorb to pick up his 3p options. This would bring his average for the circa 8m shares he needs to buy to qualify down significantly. And then he gets to exercise the 5p options when sp hits 7.5p. All in all he could pick up an extra few % of the company for an average of circa 5p.

If you look at companies like TLOU there was a similar disparity for some time between ASX and LSE. Not always the case, but often happens with these markets. Also need to keep in mind the low volumes on TSX, which can lead to quite large sp swings.

Canadian market is typically geared toward resource stocks, much like the Australian market. My understanding is it also has less shares on offer so both factors could lead to an inflated / disparity in price in Canada. Happy to stand corrected.

I know I said high 4's to mid 5's channel until we get f/o news or solid financials, but I kind of hoped we wouldn't revisit the 4's. Good top up opportunity again I suppose. Cannot see it dropping below mid 4's but wtfdik

Fairly unimpressive rise today on quite low volume. Although good news, I don't think the market is ready to commit more money until we get some of the 'big ticket items' out of the way. The tariff agreement being the biggest near term item. Our funding issues being the next. The GE issue (or alternative technology partner) being the next. Hopefully not long before some of these issues are sorted and we see a decent jump that holds. Good sign today though. GLA

Hopefully the start of some +ve news flow. I'm hoping SF and Hanno are thinking a little more about the timing of news as well. The Q&A on a Friday evening was terrible timing. They should also look into basic things such as promoting their interviews on this forum, alongside more promotion on the Proactive website (appearing in the sidebar). I'm sure they can easily target people on here and push messages to AIM investors (particularly those with an interest in mining). You see video interviews being promoted on this site all the time. This sort of promotion costs peanuts, but will boost your sp, which is especially important if you're considering a capital raise anytime soon. Anyway, hopefully the start of good news flow and we can break the 5p resistance and head back to the 6-8p range that we should be sitting in based on current status of the project. GLA

Thanks jdt. Yes SF joining Hanno has certainly helped with confidence and I'm expecting things to start improving with him on the board. His 'skin in the game' is immense, which bodes well for the project. If things go well he will walk away with £millions and a nice income stream from whatever we retain.

Seriously weird the sp inaction here. Graham and Majid should get out there and push the latest rns message. I think there's a lot of people who are very wary of i3e given past promises / under-deliveries. Perhaps they're waiting for some more concrete financial info to be provided.

We should be sitting at 6p based on oil / gas price movements alone. Makes you wonder what will get this noticed. When are the next financials due to be released?

Did they state the average oil / gas prices in those calcs? Seems incredibly odd that oil and gas are flying and we're being anchored below a placing price. And, we've just received an update (when oil / gas prices were lower) promising fcf and dividend payments in Q1.
