Just dropped 150k at 21.6 (can't remember exact price). Timed it poorly this week but still walked away with £1k profit. Really hard to call this one. Lots of good and bad about this stock. Unbelievably leveraged to the oil price. Can see it having these double digit jumps in both directions on a daily basis for months to come. Another big asset sale though and a bit of strength in the oil price @45+ and it will break the swings and send it to the 30's for good. Too much stress for me though.

I just saw your post from yesterday extrader. Yes the irony wasn't lost on me when I started seeing all those trades popping up just after my post. Perhaps I should write another critical post and see if SF will provide us with a no-interest loan! To be honest I'm not sure why he's buying on the open market. I'd rather he provides a loan or participates in a capital raise with any spare funds. Hopefully that's still the plan. Either way very good news for holders to see a grown up on the board and adding to his +15% ownership. Hopefully not long before we find out about funding, and the GE / Technology issues are put to bed one way or another. I think that will put us firmly back in the 4's and ready for a run back to 6 with some additional good news. The best news in the near future being tariff approval. GLA

3.5p to buy. It's all becoming a joke again...

It would certainly be nice to get an update from the company on any of the multitude of things that are overdue to be released. Like EPC O&M, GE, Company Funding, Tariff, Historical costs... take your pick. I don't expect anything on historical costs for a while but something on the other 4 x news items would be good. The most +ve things for them to focus on would be GE (in or out) with contingency plan if out. And the corporate funding side of things, especially if GE is out. Hanno talking about only 1 month delay if GE out is the usual timeline horse**** that spills from his mouth. It will be longer so we'll need more cash. Knowing our luck the only update we'll get is on is brother's solar company. GLA

I think we need to know about GE (our technology partner), and company funding before historical costs make any sort of impact on our share price. No-one give a **** about historical costs being returned to a project that could be delayed by a significant amount of time (or worse still fall over), because the low-emissions tech has been removed. Add to that our funding issues - If we need to raise for a year then we'll be diluted by 10% rather than 5% if we're raising for 6 months. The funding is in Hanno's power to get sorted now. The GE / tech partner issue he should be focused on. And the historical costs will come when they come.

Hi extrader, suppose it depends on whether it was something along those lines. If they were separate trades then almost 5% of the company was transferred and to me this should be declared regardless. In our other African company when shares were transferred they still needed to disclose the origin and destination of the transfer.

Reality is the only person who could have such a holding is SF (if 2 x separate transactions). I thought he perhaps dumped the amount of money he was going to give back to the company in a future raise. It means he would have roughly the same number shares (plus warrants) but we'd get the much needed cash. The sales could have been worked over many sessions at a price above 3p, which could be the raise price for SF. Ultimately a good outcome for everyone, including PIs. But then again maybe I'm overthinking it. ATB

Sorry one more thing, shouldn't there be an rns that designates the transfer of 5% of a company? Unless of course I'm mistaken, being new to the game and all.

Correct Garyn. There's not a lot of debt as they paid pennies on the pound for it. They can also take it for those pennies if the shareholders decide they'd rather have nothing, which would be unwise.

must be close to running out now. They've shifted at least another 1m @6p over the past week or two. Reckon we're down to the last few hundred thousand. I'm not expecting any real rise on the back of this but it will be good to know that we're financed until mid next year. Hopefully Trahar and co can get something done in that time before they need to sell the second tranche. GLA

Surely we're due a holdings rns to let us know who sold / bought almost 5% of the company the other day. Issue I have is there are very few people / companies with that amount of ownership. SF is the first person that springs to mind, which would be odd to do unless he's using the money to give back to the company in the form of a raise (with warrants attached). Either way Hanno needs to be on top of these things.

Hey joe, well done on your sell prices. I was on holiday when the news hit so didn't really engage and lost out on a good £25k before I made the decision to drop. I thought we could get another little bounce following the push to 5p. Good to see one of the names from pre-ramper days. This will jump again if the deal closes. You know as well as I do that things take time for ARS so I'm betting that I can come back in a week or two around the 3.5p before it starts a climb again. Plenty of trading to be done between now and then. Good luck with your investments.

Christ what is it with board muppets talking about shorting of microcaps. It doesn't happen guys. Not worth the risk unless you're a moron, and most shorters aren't that stupid. Not happening here. Profit taking and/or de-risking is all that's going on. Pretty normal when a stock has had a 75% rise and hasn't completely closed the deal. It needs to find a new base for now and when the market thinks this has happened and expecting 'imminent' news on the $10m then we'll start a slow climb from that new base. You'll get the 15p+ when the deal is closed next year. Full transparency I've just taken my profits (75%) and dumped the 750k and 500k that will be popping up on your screens now. I also sold 1.75m around 4.35p over the past few days. And I'm not a shorter. I'll be back at the 3.5p mark for another trade if it happens. If not c'est la vie.

Agree extrader. A shareholder loan on the same terms as the most recent with a modest number of shares being printed would suffice. If they can pick up £500k it should see us through to the re-rate where the warrant holders would be forced to convert and then cash won't be a problem again. Looking much better now. Thankyou SF!

To be honest I'd rather he participated in a raise at 3p or higher, as buying on the open market does nothing for our funding issues. And if he was buying yesterday then it would be quite suspect wrt insider knowledge. Either way it's incredibly positive to have a big boy on board with serious skin in the game helping Hanno. I feel much more confident in my investment now.

That amount of money should be accompanied by an rns. Hanno needs to let the market know who has dropped (or accumulated) those shares. That's an immense amount of money for a micro cap and just shy of 5% of the company. Wtf is going on with this company...?

Sorry don't think it's anything guys. I'd say it's a bit of positive volume after the coverage from Zak Mir, or Shard playing with volumes so they can get away the remaining quasi raise shares at 6p, which I believe is their target price. Don't mind either way. Certainly nice to se my pf increase by £10k today, but equally not expecting the rise to last. Having said that I do believe the bottom is in at 5p. It would certainly be lovely to wake up and see the sort of volumes that moved on the award of the enviro permit. Oh those were the days.
