Would you mind sharing your calcs? Graham and Majid are dodgy f@cks, but surely they wouldn't just make up numbers and release them to the market.

Coal fired plants will probably be banned globally by the time Hanno pulls his arm out. Seriously, wtf is holding up the funding solution. The SP will go nowhere until they sort it out because no-one will put more money into a stock that continually pushes timelines, and has recently done a bargain basement placing, if there's going to be another just around the corner. The other stuff can come later but deal with the things that are in your power.

Agreed Nickel, price action here is a joke. At the very least we should be above the placing price. If people are dropping placing shares you'd still expect to be above what they paid given the promoted potential of this stock versus others. For some reason I have this nagging feeling there's something our greasy mgt team aren't telling us...

Hi Tony, no I haven't checked I just read the Mirabaud document on fcf for 2020 at $40 per barrel and 2021 at $45 per barrel. What are your thoughts on the matter and what is the disconnect?

Hi Nomad, I believe they legally have to notify the market if warrants are being exercised and update the total shares in issue.

From memory there was 60-70m confetti warrants. We know some have been executed, but not whether any have been since the last notification. I believe they have to give notice to the market so either they're being dodgy again, or the warrants holders still have them. I can't see any reason for people dropping out in the low 5's or high 4's if you've participated given current environment and recent rns being so +ve. It's odd there's still selling in the 4's, which is why I wonder if the warrants are being dropped and the company isn't doing its job in notifying the market. Will find out soon enough I suppose. Hopefully news of a f/o and we can do a proper re-rate to the 8-10p channel. If WTI stays above $40 then we may even break 10p given they're comfortably 'in the money' at +$40.

Forgot to mention I took 500k yesterday at 4.999p and a further 250k at 4.7p. Easy to fill both orders which were at the 'bid' price and printed as 'sells'. It's why I'm saying there was a big sell being worked or warrants being dropped yesterday. I'm now over-exposed in this stock (again) at 3.25m shares @ 4.67p average. It better end differently this time around or Graham and Majid might get a visit when lockdown ends. GLA

It is cheap, so why all the selling? Given mgt's track record you always feel there's something that stinks in the background. The history in this company and the 'clever' financial deals they do that are far beyond the understanding of the average PI will always make people nervous (me included). Doesn't help that Graham even looks and sounds like a dodgy b@stard. and but I'm thinking there will a huge late sale printed, or we'll get an announcement that someone has dropped millions of confetti warrants into the market. Why is the questions when oil is up comfortably on last week and a viable vaccine has been announced, which will support prices in the longer term. Hopefully news on f/o in the next few weeks so we can all relax a little. Does anyone know when the next financials are due to be released?

Hi Lucky, this is usually for wells that are drilling an unproven area that also often don't have infrastructure etc readily available. We'll do better than what you've mentioned. Having said this, it's pointless looking to previous f/o's (including Dolphin who also get $$$ to drill) when the industry is in the doldrums. Look at our SP as evidence of how the market is valuing oilies. I stick by my estimate, which by the way would be fantastic for i3e. The value of 2 free carry drills, plus an additional £3-5m up-front is almost the same as our current Mcap i.e. it's worth 4p to our SP. This is why I'm going for 8-10p on f/o news, even if it's at the more conservative end for some (realistic for me). GLA

Agreed the interview was +ve. TBH it should have been done long ago. On the 'skin in the game' response I still don't believe Hanno has that much in this company. He participated in a shareholder loan a long time ago. That is all. Options don't count as he hasn't invested anything to get them. Incentive yes. Skin no. He also hasn't participated in any of the many capital raises over the past 2 years. They also didn't address the 2 big elephants in the room with any real clarity. To say they're looking at various finance options means nothing. And the GE response was a non-answer i.e. it said nothing about whether they're going to be the technology partner, or not. I'm thinking they know that GE has pulled out but have some form of agreement not to have anything in writing until an alternative partner has been found. It's honestly the least GE can do given the ****storm they created. Overall good interview that will calm some nerves, but didn't really say anything that would make me invest more money. It appears as thought the market feels the same way so Hanno & SF need to get on top of what they can. The finance question being one they can address, and need to address first. SF cannot freely invest any more money so the finance issue needs to be resolved.

Did anyone catch Proactive's interview / Q&A yesterday evening? Any thoughts / feedback?

Reckon we're looking at 5-5.5p range post Canadian listing. I'm also hoping they're waiting for this to happen before they drop the f/o news. Makes sense in order to get the biggest rise out of the market. We'll see soon enough I suppose. Happy to take some more if we stay in the 4's post dual listing.

Never nice to see decent volume being sold... Time for Hanno to deliver some worthwhile news for investors. We've waited long enough.

I'd take either option Chris. If directors participate in a raise and give us the chance to do the same it would be very supportive of the SP. I've got money on the sidelines for opportunities but I'm not going to buy anything now if Hanno is going to give away 20m shares at 2.5p. The SP will drop to near that level and I'll need to buy at 2.75p (if I'm lucky) to average down. I think the market feel the same way, which is why we're sitting in purgatory right now.

If he goes the way of last time, it won't signal to the market that things are progressing having some friendly HNWIs buying more of the company. Either a loan or Director / PI led raise for me. Good luck getting Hanno to buy into his own company though.

It will most certainly shoot up if they do something in the interests of shareholders. Question is whether Hanno is going to give away shares for nothing to insiders, or go for an option that supports the SP with a loan or a raise in which all directors participate and they open the opportunity for PIs currently holding shares to invest via Primarybid. Either would be an incredibly positive statement, and no doubt any raise would be oversubscribed and the SP would be back in the 4's in no time. I'm yet to see Hanno do something in shareholders interests so I'm keen to see if he does it this time. No point thanking PIs for their support then f@cking them over continually with dilution without extending the offer to them. As I've said before I'm invested in the main project. As far as Hanno is concerned, on his actions to date he's just another AIM ceo spiv.
