RE: NCCL - Epic buying power & the start of a Big Project!18 Nov 2020 12:52
Hi extrader, on re-reading my take is SF gets his warrants triggered by the SP being above a certain levels over a 4 week period, or a capital raise of £250k or more at the same level (which he can still participate in). As an example: his 5m warrants @ 3p are triggered by the average sp for 4 weeks being above 5p, or a capital raise of £250k or more at 5p. So thinking out loud, if the sp stays above 5p for the next 4 weeks he can cash £150k of warrants. Another option is they push the sp closer to 6p and then do a raise at 5p of £250k (5m shares). You could get SF to take up the £250k raise @ 5p in it's entirety, and then he still gets his 5m warrants at 3p. So they will have effectively raised £400k at an average of 4p for 10m shares (or circa 2.77% more ownership for SF). Again a clever way of raising enough cash to get them through Q1. The upside to shareholders is the sp has to stay above 5p, and more likely around 6p for this to work. SF buying another 4m shares will of course help this cause. It's also not hard to imagine that some good news will lift the sp enough that other warrants could be triggered to easily raise more money.
So to my mind the new floor is probably 5.5-6p. Happy to hear other's thoughts on this.
