RE: Black outs... and open windows9 Jan 2026 14:38
Stas, you're one of the few intelligent posters here, but the comment about crl makes zero sense. The simple explanation is he, like many others here, have been burned so badly by Calamity Baay that he's finding it difficult to let go. I share that view of the lying pr!ck, and rather than excuse him, I'll continue to state it until he's gone, or puts his hand in his pocket for £6 figures to try and make amends for his monumental failings that have cost investors from whom he withheld material information that f@cked the sp. As for shorting TXP at 6p where it's priced to go bust but has good assets, that's just plain ridiculous. He was venting because we were at 6p!!! And Baay was the cause of it. Not geology, but the corporate f@ck up with a last-minute bucket-shop raise falling over that he withheld from the market, alongside the loan terms where we had to raise $28m. Truly unforgivable behaviour that has cost many dearly. I'm not even sure if you can short TXP, but anyone doing it would have done so at multiples higher than now. He's angry because he got conned. Simple.
As for your comments on the NED appointment and/or Broker note dropping the share price, I agree that it's incredibly unlikely. Having a NED who is a major shareholder is +ve for PIs, especially when you have a wide boy like Baay in charge. This can only be a good thing. The small-fry broker report, like most of them, is something that should only be used to wipe your @ss with, especially for small caps like us. The share price has jumped by over 50% in less than a week. We have at least another 4 weeks until we get results. Traders who caught 6-7p where we sat for months and then got lucky with the Central news are bailing for very good returns. Longer term holders who jumped in when Central was announced and averaged down recently, likely could have +1m shares in the 10p to low teens range. I got down to 17.1p for 1.8m shares and was looking to add another 1m more prior to this jump to get my average down to circa 13.5p. Had that happened, I'd have taken at least half my shares off the table for a £25k loss. But you are right, most lth's for more than a year would be lucky to have an average in the teens and likely to have over 1m shares, even if they averaged down prior and post-recent jump. Fwiw I have taken 200k off the table at an average of 10.75p, so there'll be lth's like me who have trimmed their holding.
Main thing from now is no f@ck ups and a CR3 well producing more than 10mmcf (Net) in 4 weeks. If we can hold this sp then we could be in for another 50% jump. Who knows, maybe I'll be wrong, and we overshoot to 18-20p. Less than 15% off from my 9p ceiling call atm (not that I'm happy about it).
Baay doing an interview would help, or heaven forbid, he buys some shares. AIMHO GLA
