I'm not expecting a huge rise today but for me, this has de-risked it significantly and I look forward to a very good June.

In my opinion, I see us now totally de-risked and once we announce some commercial deals we will rise considerably

marvelous RNS. I've said it all along, Uskmouth will go ahead and this may well be enough to push it over the line.

As for the Sanjeev Gupta debacle, that's not even a slight concern for me as those shares will be bought by instos.

I'd say its highly probable another substantial fund raise is coming though. Fingers crossed we get allocated money from the Gov which will enable Meygen Phase 2 to commence which will at least, reduce the amount needed for the fund raise.

Very Strong Buy in my opinion. There's not many stocks on AIM who are on the cusp of something so big.

Im disappointed with the delays like anyone else, I think thheres questions that will need answered at a later date but I do feel this week and next week are going to be very positive.

A) Sticky has fabricated that email from the MHRA which would see him in serious trouble for manipulating the market. Bare in mind he/she uses a fake twitter account with no names or photos of himself/herself.

B) Avacta have lied in their RNS and confirmed that they have not received "ANY" correspondence from MHRA.

Someone's lying, it's up to you who you believe. A fake twitter account from someone known for deramping Avacta or Avacta themselves.

I did see that Sticky posted something today saying the Avacta RNS was cleverly worded but he is wrong. It's clear that the email is directly in response from the speculation Sticky started and that they've not received any correspondence from MHRA since they submitted the request.

If the email is legitimate then MHRA are in breach of data protection and there will need to be an enquiry in to this. If that's the case, MHRA will want to clear this up ASAP and will be in contact with Mologic and Avacta to clear this up.

some douchbag called 'Sticky' on twitter announces important news which somehow the MHRA leaked and everyone on social media believes them? With no screenshot of the email, just a screenshot of the bottom of an email which contains zero information.

Further to this, I know how MHRA operates and believe me, I'd find it extremely unlikely he was told this information and that he even received a response so quickly, unless it was an automated response obviously.

So, here's my take on it. I ain't believing anything some fake profile says on twitter until I see some evidence with my own eyes. Secondly, if it turns out to be true then it's very poor from MHRA and Avacta alike but this doesn't change a thing. It's like filling in a cheque correctly and the bank telling you its not filled out correctly. You simply correct it and resubmit it.

Myles is bang on the money and plenty of us Inc Myles have said for some time that we would be better off distancing ourselves from the UK Gov.

At this stage, we know whatever our manufacturing partners can produce will be purchased. So why shouldn't we be looking at getting a higher profit margin by selling privately to EU countries and further afield?

Of course there was failings but I don't think there's a single government who could have got this bang on. Its a crisis never experienced before in the modern world, so mistakes need to be made in order to learn.

The SP will undoubtedly go up after approval but I don't think we see a big rise until we start getting commercial orders announced

It's not 3 weeks but I think he meant that we are now likely to hear something in the 3rd working week since we had the RNS.

I can appreciate everyone's frustrations and believe it's the lack of communication that's causing this. Obviously when you state 'in the coming days' and almost two weeks go by with nothing, then you can expect investors to start questioning what's going on.

I don't think anything is wrong, I just think the MHRA are taking their time. I thought it would be here Tuesday, it's now Friday and no word, so I'm just accepting its likely going to be before next Friday.

What was the date of the article? There was an update re planning quite recently.

Latest update from SAE is that they expect a decision or at least a response from the Welsh Government in Q3

News on planning is expected in Q3 (July onwards).
