When swntincing, judges will take in to consideration what the company losses have been as a result of the court case, what's been done to address the issues etc.

I wouldn't want to put a number on it but I don't believe the fine will be back breaking. The court simply actions what it seems as being in the interests of the public.

Avacta will be offering them AVA6000 at a cost of 5-10%.

This will apply for each chemo drug they use and let's be honest, what pharma is going to say no to AVA6000 if its successful?

They're all clowns. Typically people invest in a company they believe will do well - yet this crew believes Avacta will do badly.

Ask yourself, why on earth would they be bashing the very stock they claim to be in? Why don't they say anything positive. They're just bots with an agenda and should be ignored.

Rolly, then sell up and move on then. If you can see any negatives in that then you're either a fool or you're here to deramp to get in at a better price.

Do you really think Alistair would complete TT with Abingdon and have them manufacture another 2-3m tests per month if they weren't selling?

Broker targets are based on SAE securing CfD funding from the UK Gov for the next phase of Meygen aswell as Uskmouth being given the green light.

The £2.5m raise is purely to keep the lights on and that won't last long. With no end in sight for Uskmouth and no guarantee of CfD funding, I think we could be in big trouble.

We are in big trouble, the £2.5m will only keep the lights on a while longer. Uskmouth is some way off with no guarantee it will even happen. As for Meygen, there's no chance we can even consider moving to the next phases as we don't have any money.

For the majority of us investors, we invest our hard earned money in to companies we believe in. Yes we can be critical at times, concerned at times but overall we are comfortable with where the company is going.

You seem to thrive of it doing badly - which tells me you're either shorting or you're simply trying to get in at a lower price so you can trade it. Nothing wrong with either, but please realise everyone's fed up of your pessimism and no matter what you say, you'll never have any influence over the SP.

Regardless of you and your crews agenda - the fact remains we have a best in class product and are already selling it. We know demand is there and will continue for a long time. We know there is an LFT shortage.

This is all about scalability now. We will expand our manufacturing and sales as time goes on.

Rise in the SP as the day goes on, in anticipation for tomorrow and I believe Alistair will hit it out of the park tomorrow with some key news on HUA, Distribution Agreements, Current v Future manufacturing capacity.

We know there's a shortage of LFTs. We know testing will be around for a long time which gives us ample opportunity to generate some great revenue.

I believe the fine will be significant but the time this has dragged out and damage its caused the company will have been taken in to consideration.

Regardless of the amount, it means we can get it paid and start looking for contracts in the Middle East (hopefully)

The usual pessimists are out in force again. I've said it once and I'll say it a hundred times. If you are not confident in your investment in Avacta, then move on.

But staying invested and criticising everything makes no sense at all and only strengthens the argument that you're shorting or trying to get in at a lower price.

Alistair said they were in a position to manufacture 5-30m per month. I genuinely think we will be pleasantly surprised when we get some numbers released but we have to accept that numbers could also be lower.

I think we have all being looking forward to 'next week' for what seems, forever - but Id be astounded if we never got a solid update before the presentation.
