PEARLS - I can find no Midas article suggesting the shares should be a buy, just this reasonably negative article suggesting it mayjust about be worth holding the shares for a week or two - no mention of buying - am I missing something?

Yes sold the lot. Frustratingly I was without any mobile signal for a couple of days so sold at £3.63. Long way further for this to fall IMO.

Good news awaits us all today / Monday. I have 20% of my portfolio in RPC and despite two reasonably large drops over last couple of days will most likely add today.

I’m looking at an offer of £11.50 ps as this is good value for any buyer and this CO is worth far more than that.

Have been away without Wi-fi and to say this warning came as a surprise is an understatement!

Undoubtedly heading below £3 in the near term and I have sold all my holding at a 20% loss.

Will look for other opportunities in the meantime and will take a look again at around £2.75.

I don’t feel the stock is oversold, RM is miles behind where I expected it to be in terms of profit, coupled with the double whammy of failing massively on cost control targets.

Long term it will recover but I believe RM will be in the doldrums for at least a year.
Undoubtedly a sell at the moment.

Agreed. I fancied the results would be far more disappointing, so can see reason for relief in some quarters. The first 10 minutes was very slow before a sharp spike hence my reluctance to push buy, was only going in with 2k so a toe dip. Let’s see how the next few days pan out. All best.

With results. Had finger on trigger at 9.85 shortly after 8, hesitated and it’s raced away. May not get back in below a tenner now but will wait and see....may regret letting this one slip away.

And for the record I have been 100% right on the share price performance of Royal Mail in recent months. Although to be fair I’ve been off the mark with a few others. ;@)

Complete and utter nonsense. I post every sale and purchase price without fail.l It is a poor poor trader who is incapable of listening to opinions both positive and negative. I’ve been exceptionally positive about Royal Mail, but expect short term downward pressure. Sometimes the comments on here are just beyond belief. I cannot imagine why any mature, intelligent adult would not want to consider opinions from across the spectrum.
