I've never used the website but my wife echoes your comments re difficulties using. After 14 months with poor broadband, phantom phonecalls on our line and front lawn dug up (poorly) to fix the botch job from 18 months ago, the customer service manager has offered �50 in compensation, but advised it should be just �14.55!! (thinks he is doing me a favour).
Seriously treating us with contempt.
Notice before proceedings drafted and legal proceedings will be issued in 14 days if appropriate restitution is not offered. Can't believe I'm the only one.....and to think two months ago I was bullish about this co!!
