I am waiting on KZG and Fincap calling me back. Keen to understand why there has been no RNS stating they no of no reason why the share has fallen so much in such short period of time. If there is negative news released in next week say then once again we have confirmation of insider trading and I would urge all invested to contact the FCA. Will be very interesting and I can’t wait to find the next set of news. Unbelivable the silence from the company. I really want to put more in this company but right now i believe I will win more short term betting . PS will be posting a tip football tomorrow evening that is a stick on.

Aye strange things happening. 1 year low now reached. They ain’t scaring me into selling. Am here on the back of published RNS and also the LJ interviews etc. I have more to invest in this but just seems every time I buy it goes down so holding off just now. Been investing for 8 years. Seen so many doom and gloom shares with experts on these forums stating this and that without any real substance. I go with the facts and the published RNS and my own research. Don’t let anyone bull **** u about they no a placing is coming or the company is running out of cash cause they don’t no. They think they no but they don’t no.

Hope I ain’t offended anyone but let’s keep this real. It’s a good group of people invested in here but we are all under water. All will be revealed soon enough then we will no what’s happening.

Gmed agree 100% mate. Remember two international companies are interested in becoming the sole off taker. Both companies approached KZG about the £ for the pipework from Orange river and the key part both companies KNEW about the JORC results. They ain’t going to put their money towards a company that’s going backwards or about to run out of money.

Am calling RNS this week. Might even go as far as tomorrow .

I don’t think we can question the fact that we are sitting on an unbelievable opportunity here. Lithium and Tantulum and lots of it. A mine with at least 15 years. We have a fully working mine that can produce high quality tantulum and lithium.

Now to the concerns. The board. If u knew what u had and u knew news was just around the corner u would want to get in as low as u could any way u could. This board have already proved that news leaks when Tracarta dumped shares before previous news under Kennedy ventures then they bought back in at lower price. Am not saying the same is happening here unless we see a massive sell going through in the next few days cause the selling hasn’t warranted a somewhat 30% reduction since the JORC.

We all know that the last placing was for funds and at 1.7p and that was done in march. Our last operational update was on 18th January which is quite frankly a Fuking disgrace. We are an investment company set up for shareholder returns. As I said before it’s like the secret service act being played out by our company. As someone previously said how the actual fuk are u expected to value a company when we are kept in the dark.

My question is there last RNS said next few months would be very important to the company. I would be extremely ****ed off if there was a placing done below 1.7 for operational costs. They would have known about that when they did the last placing in March so anything below that if that does happen needs to be seriously answered by the Directors. In my view it would be very close to incompetence but we will wait n c what happens.

I still go with Larry johnson interview saying people will wish they had jumped on board.

One other thing. Still no interview with Proactive Investors which is surprising given the JORC news. This tells me news of offtake agreement is imminent and then we will see this little fuker take off.

Today’s share price is just silly considering where we have been. It’s a buy buy buy at today’s price. It has to be unless I am missing something.

I have another £5k that I will consider putting in next week but that will be me. Way to much in this but with chance to average down AGAIN.

I think am going to call them and ask why the silence on operational updates. It’s actually embarrassing the silence. Like they are secret service or something.

For the share price to fall from 2p after that JORC down to 1.4p tells me something is not right. Not sure what it is but if we get an RNS saying no offtake agreement then the cat is out the bag again just like they did with tracarta under the name Kennedy Ventures. If that’s the case and we are being raped then they will need heavy security for next AGM. Time will tell thou. I wonder if we will get news tomorrow

The amount of shares sold over the past few days is on par with what I hold. Ur looking at value of circa £50-60k against market cap of £5m vs a very positive RNS and also previous RNS where we said next set of news would be very important to the company. This is mms dropping the price to get cheap shares on the back of next set of news. Remember we still await next update on off take agreement. As said before anyone selling at these prices well fools u. U will buy back but at higher price than u paid. I don’t no how far the mms will take this down to but when u consider where we were number of years ago and how far we have come in terms of JORC, placings, 2 International companies wanting offtake agreement and paying for water pipework and from a share price topping 15p to now 1.5p then u have got to realise that this is an absolute bargain at this price. Honestly am not ramping this one bit but there is guys on here I respect and hope u don’t fall for these games. Stick to the facts. Stick to the RNS, stick to the interview. When in doubt read back my notes and add to this with the recent RNS. If u believe am taking shit then sell. If u believe I am being genuine then buy and hold. Forget about the share price today. There in the bottom drawer for me just now. Where will this share price be in 12 months or 24 months. That’s the question. When u no how much tantalum we have, the purity, the life of the mine, the turnover of circa €1m a month. Those are the numbers we will eventually be hitting on tantulum alone. Add lithium and it will be higher.

We will no doubt need further funding for operational reasons ie paying staff etc as money will run out but this will be last funding as once we begin selling we will be turning over some serious £ per month. Remember market cap is £5m and my calculations based on full ramp up is circa €1m a month. Expect a share price in the region of circa 20p in 18 - 24 months maybe sooner. May ever get that bonus that gillies Clarke lauded to in that interview years back when he mentioned shareholder returns on profits made. Guys ave never been so certain in my life that this is going to come good. I have all kinds in this. In fact I could have paid off 65% of what’s left of my mortgage but have decided to invest in this. Few years ago I thought here we go then I got burnt by false hope. False hope on basis of we were ready to produce etc. However let’s look back to where we were 3 or 4 years ago.

1) we had a vision to become first lithium producer on AIM via Kennedy ventures

2) LJ was at KEMET and knew all about Tantalum Valley

3) we had an offtake agreement however the quality was shite and the price we were getting was shite

4) LJ approaches Gilles Clarke and advises him that with significant investment ie £7m to £10m he could improve the quality of tantulum which in turn would provide a significant upturn for shareholders is by selling the tantalum at much higher rate. At same time Caroline McLeod is binned as she added nothing to the value chain and LJ takes over with a 4/5 year strategy. We then have numerous share issues and raise the money. Tracarta jump ship a few times which results in the share price being hammered then they jump back in at much lower price thus increasing there holding to 10%.

5) we change name from Kennedy Ventures to Kazera Global

6) LJ gets his investment and procures numerous machinery and brings in some key staff. Our tantulum purity increases to 50% plus resulting in greater value.

7) we realise water is going to be major issue and therefore get agreement from Namibia government for water extraction.

8) we go to tender for pipework to extract from Orange river.

9) we have 2 international companies (King kongs) as LJ alluded to who want to provide financial support for Orange river pipework as well as entering into agreement for offtake agreement. Wouldn’t surprise me if we entered into 2 JVs.

10) JORC results are what we expected but further drilling required which will provide upturn of volume and potentially grades.

11) mine life minimum of 15 years but I expect that to increase based on lithium and Tantalum we have

12) Next few months will be transformational and next updates will be key. Expect offtake agreements, pipework to begin and work to resume to begin extracting the tantulum and lithium ramping up to high numbers and high purity.

Mrcautious forget about today. It’s about the future. It’s been a great day in that we know that LJ is a man of word and not like other CEO ie James Parsons that say oh look we have gas etc and have fuk all. It’s another step in the right directon and for me it’s allowed another £4K top up at the 2p mark. Something I never thought I would get on JORC results. Again next will be the announcement of the sole supply agreement and infrastructure for water then watch this fukerfly. Remember so much tantalum and Lithium in play here and producing. Everything Starting to get into place for this to be producing €1m a month excluding the lithium play

Been a great day. Topping up around 2p mark considering that JORC. Managed to average down again. Been holding for 4 years now and will continue to hold until the news finally filters through that this is going to be one of those shares that as LJ has said you will wish u had jumped on board.

Everything they have said they would do has positioned them to this point. Next is the offtake agreeement and construction of pipework to allow water supply from Orange river. Then fireworks. This share price rose from 2p to 14p in 6 months with Kennedy Ventures. 14p and the rest with KZG and I will be hear to clean up.

Am not interested in buying shares up then selling them for 5% uplift then coming back on when it goes down and ramping it again and again. Too many of those people on other boards. Am a visionary and can see the strategy unfolding before my eyes with KZG. This is my bag and I know how this will unfold. It will make me rich and also those that continue to hold and buy at these rediculous low levels. Further news just around the corner and all news points to uplift in share price. Good luck all. We won’t need it but we will need patience.
