Retook at my calculations22 May 2019 01:28
Taken from RNS 3 August 2015
It is anticipated that the first phase of production, commencing in Q3 2015, will see a build-up of throughput at the course recovery plant to treat up to 10,500 tonnes per month; estimated to produce around 5,000lbs Ta205 per month. The second phase of the development programme would focus on fines recovery which should increase throughput to around 15,000 tonnes per month and output of 9,200lbs Ta205 per month by mid-2017. The Directors expect that the costs of production will be amongst the lowest in the industry. An independent study has confirmed the estimated resource of 843,000t grading 490ppm Ta2O5.
Also on 19 March 2019 RNS a key paragraph states Management regards these initials results as encouraging and comparable with the historical results upon which the 2015 Venmyn Report was based, and which was not compiled in accordance with JORC guidelines. In other words linking back to the rns from August 2015
We have a mine of 15 years life producing high quality tantulum. Customers vying for sole supply agreement and paying for Orange river pipeline and most importantly this part from rns 19 March that states “Larry Johnson, CEO of Kazera, said: "As we await the imminent results from the second laboratory's tests to achieve a JORC compliant resource at Homestead and Purple Haze, we are highly encouraged by the initial results of the drilling campaign which suggests strong Tantalum potential in the Homestead and Purple Haze deposits. With further drilling ongoing at Signaalberg and White City deposits we are excited by what the next phase will deliver.
"I am also extremely encouraged by the discussions we are holding regarding funding of the Company's operations by two international groups. ThEIR INTEREST IN THE MINE SPEAKS TO THE VALUE WE ARE REALISING and we look forward to updating shareholders as further results are achieved."
We have a penalty with an open goal in my opinion. £5m market cap with potential of $200m revenue over 15 years excluding lithium. What is not to like. It’s just a case of patience. All the hard work has been done with exception of Orange river pipework but when u have government approval to extract water from Orange river well u no the government know exactly what we have. Again 12-18 month and we will be at full production and 1p a share will be a thing of the past.
Also remember this Gilles Clarke spoke in earlier presentation about dividends and he did say he was alll for that. He also said we were to work out the value of the company ourselves. Based on my previous valuation of the company etc does anyone have any thoughts or changes to my calculations?
Ps ankle getting stronger each day, still giving me problems and have a scan in 3/4 weeks. Been 7 months of hell but they did say 12 months min so only 5 months to go. Thanks for asking.
