imagine having the balls to go on record stating how excited u were and talk up a company to watch it drop 28 fold since u came in. That is one fuking disaster and only 2 people are to blame for that. GC and LJ. How not to run a business.

As I have said to others on here I don’t expect anything back on this company now. I just don’t want others to make the same mistake and invest UNLESS news actually comes out that is factual and value can be put on the company. What I can’t believe is that they haven’t started mining again on those areas that are known. Probably about 2 1/2 months left and yearly update due January if we get to that. Others will disagree with me and some will agree but until I see hard evidence that things are changing then I will continue to stay in the camp that believes fleeced.

LJ and Gilles Clarke would have some set of balls on them if they went back to market looking for more money in few months time. Honestly recon this is heading towards one of the biggest AIM cons of all time. Hope I am wrong but we are handing on now with our finger tips. There has been numerous instances of positively written Published RNS followed by significant dumping of shares with the latest happening on 5th of July 2019. The share price hit 1.82p on this RNS, by the 26 July the share price hit 0.87 without any explanation from the company. Not one RNS stating they no of no reason why the share price has dropped by such a significant amount. There is then rumours that Larry is in London around the 19 August 2019 at which point the share price is 0.9p. From this date to the 27 August (which is the next RNS date) the share price falls to 0.62p and low and behold we get the update of a placing. To us PIs this stinks of insider trading with us PIs being last to know. The big guys always getting an advantage at all times. So the question is can the board confirm the date of when Larry Johnson arrived into London. If they don’t have this well we want to know as matter of course after all we own a part in this company. Second question is on this evidence there is obviously share price manipulation by someone very high up within the board of directors. How is this going to be managed and monitored in near future to stop significant share price movements without updating the market given equal treatment to us PIs.

£2m market cap is like 1p to the Chinese or trump. If it was as good as they have made out to be then this share price would be high 30s by now.

6) I trusted LJ but if u honestly think a company that has so much tantalum and lithium in that mine that could turn over circa £1m a month on market cap of £2m then it’s just more lies. I have been totally suckered into this **** hole of a company and I don’t want anyone else losing money on it.

In all fairness just got to laugh at how much of a con AIM is. Single handedly the biggest con market ever. Worse than dog racing, horse racing, anti corruption should be all over this market yet they turn a blind eye. It’s up there with serious organised crime in my view.

It’s defo viable mine animal but these guys are playing out the game of thrones mining series over how long is anyone’s guess. Maybe that’s the idea. Sicken us all and swallow up all the shares?

So more good news from today’s RNS but we will need more money for sure to keep the lights on unless we start selling our products. What I don’t get is surely they must still be mining. My opinion is any excuse to keep the share price down so they can load up at these prices. We have phase 2 to be completed by end of 2019. Question is how many phases and how long will this take to finalise? And if they knew all about this back then why did they not do a bigger placing last time instead of only £500k at 1.75p. That’s the question for the AGM especially if they do another placing which must have already been discussed few weeks ago.

If we are getting one my bet is this morning. 1p by any chance. Time will tell but I am shocked at the silence of this company.

Thing that I don’t get is if we were going to sell this asset why go through all the water pipeline stuff with a JV? Why not just sell and let the KEMET or whoever else sort all that out. Do we believe best thing to do is stand by it. Prove it up and sell material. Goes against the company strategy in being an investment company and not a mining company. Thoughts? FB

Tarquinpike I have contacted Larry and nomad and FCA and have asked FCA to keep an eye on any pending Placing. I just wonder if it’s a delayed tactic from KZG in not updating shareholders yet.
