Just to add the placing of £0.5m would have been done on basis that negotiations were still ongoing so again it tells me that if they really wanted to they would have placed at higher rate. They didn’t meaning I think they are near to agreement between all parties to fund the pipeline via a discount on tant rate

Animal. Really depends on few things

1) the cost of the pipe work v the favourable terms = return in investment. Thing is this could be done to allow another placing to go through at such a low rate to allow tracarta more shares at discount price. So it’s feasible they could do this especially if they wanted to maximise there own pockets.

2) they did say in RNS they had been approached by 2 offtake agreements about funding the pipeline. This to me is interesting. It tells me that they are not working against each other. It tells me that they are like a consortium trying to get high quality tantalum at price that both parties are willing to stump up 50:50 for pipeline unless the RNS was not factual and that it was LJ that went to them asking for help on the pipeline. Just doesn’t seem right that competing companies would come forward with same strategy to fund pipework unless LJ is playing one against the other (which I don’t believe to be case as he has morals and integrity)

If it was me I would do the JV with both companies and discount off rate for X period to allow all parties to benefit. It would speed things up and get to production quicker rather than having to do another finding arrangement. BUT if they want to FUK us they will meaning discounted rate again and placing.

Few months defo. Now is the time to load up on these bad boys while the share price is as low as it is. It can only go one way and remember we have history of the share price rising from 2p to 15p on full production. Full production not long now especially when we have the water pipeline resolved at no cost to KZG (got to be deal struck somewhere without delution to sp) the very fact they say next few months will be very inportant to the company. And they will use any of the partial sale to expand there portfolio. Might want to hold onto part of the asset for recurring revenue. Makes sense to me.

I still believe one or two things will take place.
1) JV, multi supply agreement (not sole supply agreement) both companies funding 50/50 of orange river pipeline. All for high quality tantalite at slightly discounted rate to market.

2) total buy out.

Remember I have something in common with Larry. He was procurement manager. I am also.

One thing for me stands out for him listening to his interviews. What he says he will do he will. He has integrity and morals. Good enough for me. Nearly pay day for me. Small top up coming up for me again

10p buy out? Market cap of £25m u say? So we would sell the company for £25m on basis of turning over $1m a month on tantalum sales only not to mention the life of the mine being sumwhat 20plus years. I will see your 10p and raise it and raise it 3 fold on that.

In January’s RNS it said that The Company's technical advisers, MSA Group, continue to indicate that they expect to produce an ore resource report for Homestead and Purple Haze by the end of Q1 2019 however in March RNS they say The Company now expects that the a JORC compliant resource on Homestead and Purple Haze at the NTI Mine will be completed by Q2. Are we saying still Q1 or is that Q2 ie giving them another 3 months ? Just wondered what people’s thoughts on this were.

Got to agree surprised with your summary. Max we have been through some hard times on this share. Me personally have lost my mother and father in law on the back of tipping this share to them some years ago and with there loses they don’t want anything to do with me. I said at the start it was long term investment for me but I didn’t realise that they basically had to start from scratch buy plant, infrastructure etc. We were told they had that at the time. Now Larry comes long says what ur doing is pile of white. By investing a small amount say £6m we will make that over and over again by producing high quality tantalum and getting a full JORC. Remember they are an investment company not a drilling company. There prime strategy is to make shareholders money on emerging markets etc. It’s taken longer than any of us thought but this will be one of those shares as Larry said in that interview that everyone should have been jumping into. I trust the man and believe him to be of sound integrity listening to what he says. Just wait and see where we will be in 1 year from now. Guarantee multiples of today’s share price. Remember also there was a comment on one of those videos or another video I seen that he says there is so much tantalum that it will be mined for AT LEAST 20 years.

Your welcome mate. U should screen shot the info mate. It’s good to read and remind urself when the share price goes down that u still have total belief. Thing is mate I am procurement manager and part of my job is strategy. I have written hundreds of strategies and researched hundreds of market places. If I wasn’t confident I wouldn’t be all in on this share. Have invested loads and if it goes tits up then they will have lied through there teeth however we are on the cusp of great things here guys. Believe me. Am not interested in the 10% uplift and day trading shite am interested in making some good money and dividends. Gilles Clark on a presentation mentioned dividends.

Also it it’s now obvious to me that Larry having managed to get the two big companies as customers. His words were he went for the big fish would have take others years to get. This tells me that the customers are the two companies he used to work for.

Agree surprised. Few of us have been waiting patiently for past 4 years. Maybe just maybe this is our time. Can’t wait to see how this will unfold. One thing is for certain when u look at what they have done past 4 years and especially since Larry Johnson came in few years back they have worked wonders to improve this mine and achieve quality tantalum. Yes the share price has been shit but we are very much on the road to success. I Still think this will be the one share that will allow me to walk away from my job.
