I forget the numbers, but it has been reported in the news.
The deaths/severe cases are VERY dominant in their make up. Like 80% or something.
Circa 5 million adults still with no vaccination for whatever reason.

Company billions in debt and trading in the 45 - 55% of 2019 levels when require to be c. 90% (companies own data) sees ONE movie have a very good opening weekend and some expect 10% plus share price rise.
Company hoped to have out of court settlement by June (company's own March update) and clearly hasn't. Debt level breach is NOT confined as certainty. Cineworld says breached, Cineplex says wasn't!!!

F sake too can invest in something and believe in it. You don't have to ignore realities though and jist make up what you want/believe it should be.

Side note: share investment and or gambling is not best place to be for emotional types.

There has been lot of ups and downs in the share and on here while lots of informative posts and some good (some less so) debates.
Many decent folk and fair few less so.

When bare faced liar is held in such high regard and decent folk like yourself are targeted it's past time for me to leave here unfortunately.

TS, Ultimately they are two sides of the same unwanted coin though; are they not?
Both deramping and ramping serves nobody well and are equally dangerous (or not).
Personally see it as fairly weak excuse for someone to become just as bad on the other side of that coin because the nasty lads started it the other way.

As most here (myself included) are holders, some longer than others) then we find those shorting or talking negatively in a negative light.
Ultimately a case was able to and some say still is for share and company to go either way.
Anyone investing they way they see it shouldn't be vilified.
It's those being extreme and sometimes absolutely baseless that are (imho) the real issue.

We all have our own take on such matters and I understand that.

I think most culprits are pretty obvious to most in fairness PW :-)

Welcome and seems a pretty sound investment plan/strategy to me.
Good luck with this and any other shares you hold now or future.
Most of us here are novices, some just don't realise it :-)

Yes the industry recovery continues it seems MoneyP1t.
Month on month the percentage v 2019 same period continues to improve.
With a pretty strong looking slate in the final 1/4 I (and more importantly the industry) will expect this upward trajectory to continue.

All of these certainly look good from trailers so far.
Let's hope they push us into Q4 where Mooky AMD the industry wider expects/hopes for returns to much nearer "normal/profitable" levels.

Unlimited card has been and will continue to be well used :-)

TS, we can't completely sweep under the carpet anything we don't like.
Believe it or not it is still there.
Absolutely the US is by far our biggest market and where more of our attention should be.
However be honest with yourself, if not me and see how this board daily for weeks and months focuses on the UK.
Plenty was said I'm recent weeks how that's it covid done, UK has rid itself of any covid concerns.
Studios need the world to be in a stable position with covid.

Covid as far as UK and USA is Hopefully past its biggest concern for us, we can't yet completely disregard it though.

Yip the future and what it holds is NOT a fact.
What IS a fact is the company is not even breaking even servicing it's debt with no dividends either.
Never mind not only servicing it's debts but paying it down (as it will require to do so in not too distant future) Covent levels to be met, different parts of debt due to be repaid at various stages.

The future is IFS and BUTS, and that IS fact.
Current attendance levels do NOT achieve what you say is a future FACT BC, so until we are trading at those levels of for no other reason of many it is not a fact.

I hope we will be back to trading levels such as we require as the costs savings I and many others highlighted from the March financials will then really come into play as you also rightly note.

Still various uncertainties staring us all in the face regards Cineworld and it's future.
Some can ignore them and applaud those that if ore them, doesn't change that they are there.

Share Price and other things clearly tell us what is FACT.

If any company in any sector receives a takeover bid then obviously Cine is CERTAIN to be next ;-)

Same as been for months now.
Future is uncertain, but he is hopeful and obviously believes in the business.
Zero in his response to question we have seen several times now is new or proof of "success".
Mooky, like everyone else (maybe except gypsie rose Lee ;-) knows the future.
Got beliefs and hopes with some more insight than is mug punters, but still it's only a view/hope by him and others in the industry.

Why would they wait to a specific time such as 2:30 Plumber?
UK listed share the US can and do trade it from same time as us in UK.
I don't expect any significant shorts change today, tomorrow, next week...
