Anyway as for resolution timescales I'm sure you also read in the RNS you are now referencing the following.....

'Partly due to the impact of Covid as well as recent Zambian elections, there have been delays in the judicial system to hear the legal cases, which are likely to be heard and decided on in the first half of 2022. Attempts are underway to come to an agreement between the parties to avoid wasting more time and until such time the Company will continue to rigorously defend its rights. Our case is extremely strong and we have full confidence in the Zambian judicial system.'

So expectation is courts heard and decide in h1 however arbitration could see early resolution to avoid wasting time. I suspect they just want to crack on with the deal with a major. Can't blame them.
So as BC/MM have the screw turned on them defending their own selves, if NvS is able to put his feelings aside (and if there is a deal to be had I'm sure he can swallow it), it could be sooner than end h1.

Legal cases. Interested majors (plural) with NDAs. If you've read the history of the assets it explains why there is all the jostling. It isn't because ARCM have nothing.

Value will be evident in time IMO.

Trouble I have is that we have so much highly prospective land to go at already, while gaining more seems great, it comes at a cost.
Financial and time and we can only go after so much.

The proposed dilution is significant and comes with 1:1 warrants (combined in excess of 10% shares in issue dilution). We could do with a massive event to lift the shareprice soon to help reduce this :)

So I'm not against the project but Ben needs to seriously consider the impact Vs benefit to existing shareholders. To consider their capacity to progress at this stage etc.
They had 3 months to do their work which I think ends around end Feb so we will hear soon.

On the plus side the shares will have a lock in period so at least kav won't immediately have an overhang and churn on their hands.

In summary I'm not totally against it but we don't need dilutive projects unless the work KAV complete show they it's an opportunity that cant be missed.

I was referring to your original message which I interpreted that you were inferring because people are discussing court cases, we have been hoodwinked by Ella..as they don't really exist.

Thing is court cases do exist and have impacted ARCM and this is confirmed by ARCM. So I was saying it's not that I/we have been hoodwinked (by Ella).

For what it's worth I don't think they will change the outcomes for us here mid term. I'd like to see continued appreciation in the share price before resolution and then a good deal to be landed.

To be honest in the absence of details as to the structure of any IPO is hard to really assess.
I think plenty of other activity will come first.

Just to clarify here that when 'we' (I included) discuss court cases I think it's a fair topic to discuss. Personally I'm not refering to who the defendant or the claimants are but in fairness that doesn't really matter. Any open legal case 'can' IMO impact the finalisation of any commercial transaction and 'has' had an impact on operations last year. Spurious or not they are an important topic to consider and include in discussion.

It does get mentioned in the AGM summary e.g..
'As mentioned above, the Company is currently involved in two sets of spurious legal cases in Zambia brought by a former founder shareholder in Zamsort Ltd ("Zamsort") and former Director of Arc, Mr Mumena Mushinge'

I'm not saying the cases have merit, and I'm certainly positive about ARCM and heavily invested here.
I appreciate you're frustrated with certain contributors however we should all be able to discuss neutral, positive and negative aspects openly without the assumption of being hoodwinked.

I agree about what you say regarding a deal. Apr you have summarised my view very well in your own post.
While I don't think a deal will be formally finalised while cases are outstanding, I do believe discussions and agreements are either being progressed or in place, subject to case resolution.

One thing I would add though is that it may not require a court resolution. Therefore any 'case' resolution for example via out of court settlement / agreement can happen sooner. As per the AGM update.
Im not saying we should do a deal but that this is a possible outcome and could see a deal concluded earlier than resolution via courts.

You're creating links in your post where they simply don't exist. You seem focused on simply proving yourself right rather than open to actually engage in meaningful debate. This is not helped (and is even fueled) by some of the replies you get from others on this board.
Why not call it a truce.
You raise the same points time after time, trying to get a response, you get a response which fuels you more, it's a vicious circle.
You tell people to do their own research, and if people share a different view to yours you take the high ground and make assumptions they haven't already researched.
No one will win this debate and it can't even be classed as a debate with the plethora of closed

If the company succeed or fail it wont be because of you or in spite of you, or anyone else.

The simple answer is that while the asset would move into the newly formed Kanye Resources. Listing.
Kav and Power Metal will retain a significant interest in the newco in the form of shares. The shares not heldd by the JV at IPO of Kanye will raise capital to use to explore, as opposed to raising it via issuing new shares in KAV / PoW or using existing capital.
As for whether it's a good move or not is a longer debate and many have differing views.
Will have to wait and see what it looks like in due.

H202 - The reference to Rackla is in relation to sale of CASA (a non core ARC asset now).
Previous RNS' on casa will give more detail.
Cash is being raised by the purchaser, which is the reference from Teaye.

JP2000 I'm not suggesting anxiety isn't a genuine and reasonable emotion ATM. However my words are from a place of encouragement, rather than judgement.

My point mainly is anxiety is effectively driven through over thinking. No amount of anxiety will change or control the outcome.
All anyone can do is accept it or limit their risk to it (I e. Reduce or close their positions). I respect if people choose to do this.

As you say it's an important time for sure. It's an important drill that could massively change our investment in kav on the upside, or create some downside, in the not so distant future.

I've a fairly large position here for the mid term at least.

Did you invest because of kavs assets overall on a mid to longer term basis, or did you invest based mainly on this one drill.

I'm not suggesting any reason to invest is right or wrong. All we can do is wait patiently for updates. The most important thing for me is Ben T isn't the sort to not communicate or to sit idle IMO. He will inform us what he can when he can and in the meantime be keeping himself busy. Plenty of news due here.

2022 they have called there year of discovery. We're only a month in.

Im here for the mid to long myself so am less concerned. Albeit id love a massive rise in price if it came....

Wasn't the f. Up'd rocks a quote taken from an interview I don't think they RNS'd that technical terminology?
The RNS confirming mineralisation was on 16th Nov and talks about hitting mineralisation from. 951 to total depth.
They may have said they've hit some f...ed up rocks before but I don't think they would have released market sensitive info about hitting mineralisation before the official RNS?
Ben is pretty hot on releasing news in the right way.
Anyway, it matters not I suppose. All semantics.
