Cox, it's not that people don't want to discuss trading patterns but trading volume is very low. I'm not sure how your are ascertaining it's significant when evaluated against the total shares in issue.

Also many have said some options on here. However the possibilities are many. Regarding sells coinciding with Ben's tweets I don't think people agree so they haven't engaged. Or have said they don't agree. Which is obviously valid discussion.

Proportionally the volume being traded of buys and sells is tiny.
Many here hold more than the total traded during the entire session.
I do think your view on sells coinciding with Ben's positive tweets is a bit of stretch. You could find a correlation between no babies being born in areas with street lights if you looked, doesn't mean there is a relationship/causation.

Yes my average is quite a lot lower. However personally I won't sell ahead of outcome.
If we don't hit what the data suggests is potentially there then we have more to come and many other interesting drill options and prospects.
It may even be the drill for doesn't show visible mineralisation but testing shows we have further down.
Either way I believe any drop would be shorter in nature and would add on any shareprice weakness if it terraced to where I accumulated.

That's some way to go through life! Besides it's the facts from the exploration that have given rise to optimism of the potential outcome of this drill, and future potential of kavs prospects. If people are seeing things half full after those facts that's fairly grounded.
Given the prospects this is probably the least ramped up board, and one of the most balanced boards, Ive been on.

Being aware of the risks is essential. Being able to see the potential about your investments is too.

If however you want to share some empty glass facts about kav go for it.... we're open minded and it's a democracy

It feels like many expected a straight line to significant returns. As mentioned earlier with greater returns there has to be an acceptance of increased risk(s). Some of those risks will clearly materialise, it's probability.

However if you step back from over analysing and zoom out and look in on the progress it's still heading in the right, and a positive, direction.

Success won't be a straight line. It'll clearly be a bit of a zig zag. It boils down to confidence. If you have it then let it be and have patience. If you lack confidence you should sell. It's fairly binary.

Personally I've no view on the US price rise. It could well just be one person who has noticed it and taken a few. As volumes so low normally then they paid a premium. I expect UK markets to rise ahead of drill personally but will see. Must be pretty much ready to crack on now..

Not sure why anyone would have any issue with the people seeing the Dropbox. It had nothing in it of concern and nothing new. I agree post it on Twitter and let more people see it's nothing and let more assess for themselves..

I was hoping the Dropbox was going to have private investigator images of a VC rump hanging out the toilet window, or NvS handing suitcases of cash. What we got was a load of docs like a freedom of info request of stuff that is known, old docs that are superceded and a smokeless gun

Regarding tomorrow I doubt we will get an RNS to confirm anything so I guess it's a case of hearing through the grapevine. Maybe ruffles or some such?

I agree marlet broadly seems to be willing to wait for more clarity and / or progress ATM as seems fairly level here.
I'm fine with that as (stating the obvious) we have had decent buy in prices to accept the perceived greater risk.

Regarding the potential 650 sell. If it is a sell then I expect this news just provided them with the necessary liquidity to work it.

Mcap here should and will improve imo and it seems a fairly solid investment IMO. To define that a little what I mean is the potential upside is solid given the stage of the company.

If they had further news on progress and options being considered and advanced they would tell us IMO. They are working at developing the mine and aside from macro issues like the pandemic I'm pretty happy with the progress here.

Personally happy to wait and have confidence they are doing a decent job to turnaround. The market will catch on in time. Sadly the things we tend to dislike e.g risks and uncertainties are often what provides the biggest opportunities. RMM over the last 6 months or so are a prime example imo.

@smith. 'What I heard is that a few days before Xmas NVS and MM conferenced with Shawki as a mediator. Valentine also spoke to Mushy. A settlement was agreed which discounted Mushy’s claims by more than 70% and NVS came back and said NO. It’s not MM who was greedy it’s NVS'

What that tells me is that NvS feels very comfortable he is in a position of strength.
I don't want NvS giving into anyone for an easy ride. It suggests NvS is stubborn and principled IMO. If that's what you consider greedy fine but if I have someone dealing with majors I don't want them choosing the easy options.

In other words I don't want NvS to give any of my investment value away just because he is being squeezed.

I have done that on behalf of the public and the shareholders so don't get upset, it's just following the SEC rules'..

1. Are you sure its 'LAW' that they do this. You mean FCA rules and guidance.
2. Which specific disclosure rules requires them to report ALL court cases?
3. Which cases specifically within any rules you find have been failed to be notified that are still active?
34'Regarding 'its just following the SEC rules' It's a london listed entity following FCA rules not SEC.

Seriously the best people can do here is report your posts and Smiths posts. I'm open minded but only where the individual has credibility and no bias motives
