What's wrong with you roses.. can't you read...for goodness sake....the quantity on issue each time he bought?.....a kid can work out the total at any point in time....get it together man.

I did work it out....based on his % holdings prior to disposal of some shares. quantity unknown.
Multiply % holdings X current quantity on issue, that's as close as you can get based on £3m ish valuation.. .if his shares had been bought prior to past dilution they would be worth even less. My view is that by dumping some or even all his stock is not that significant.

Russell.... Please post facts....
Did the RNS actually state Nicholas Slater sold up.
Correct me if you think I'm wrong but I thought it stated his holdings have dropped below the 3% threshold.
Also please note that if he had, sold 100% of his holdings its now worth less than £100k.

Listening to TW..bearcast....there's a massive premium to be paid, and in particular, should Valirx cut and run early.
I can only "hope" that there is a silver lined rainbow ahead that makes sense of them adopting this strategy.

However a new financier provide secure funding. As far as I'm concerned...that's a plus, albeit at a high price. With regards to how they make their money...check them out on the internet ..like I did...and your question may be part answered
