At this point in time....you are incorrect Jonjo. The current sp adequately reflects the additional first tranche of shares priced at 0.6p and discounted by the fees charged for the first tranche.....you are incorrect.
If in time the sp rises then a future dilution will occur to the sp at that time, but only by a % of the total shares on issue at that time....surely you understand that..... meantime, compared to now, if our sp rises, we will be on a winner.
Following three tranches, we are funded for a significant period depending on how Valirx intend investing. As for the next stage ....I'm sure Valirx will reconsider their position depending on how well they are doing

Interesting.... haven't heard of motif before...just been looking at the graphs and reasons for Feb drop..... refinancing ....looks like its helped a deal being agreed, albeit a nasty drop in Feb....not ramping just an observation....and worth following the next few days.

All filters have been removed for a few days as I want to read all posts. Also spent a couple of hours exploring EHGO and Alpha Blue further...
I want to make it clear that I'm as worried as all GENUINE investors.
I've lost a fortune on Valirx and hope to get a return .... but I guess it will be very difficult for me to break even, albeit Ive averaged down.
When I read articles on EHGO and Alpha I'm not happy.. references to spiral of death and plenty of graphs demonstrating it. Then there's posts on this site....which generalize...for and against....some extreme
Then I read Tricky's post and ..yes, a more balanced view.
Summing up, I conclude that our future lies fairly and squarely in the hands of Valirx Management....as they are now financed and in a stronger position. No one else ..but Valirx Management
We need to be advised ...how they intend moving forward.
Firstly a business update....where we actually stand ... Then a plan to take us to a successful value added deal. Partners, who can take the drugs forward.
It's the quantity of data, a plan, and how to capitalise on it. That's what I want to see. Until we get that I'm continuing to nervously sit on the fence.

Ok I will do it for you 3.7%of recent company valuation approx £100k...around the same as my earlier post ... That if he sold the lot....which he probably hasn't. Stop trying to demolish the credibility of anyone who challenges the worst shorters inflicting pain on Valirx stock holders....Russell Cox ...yes argue your position but don't undermine others that post facts....
We don't know whether Nick Slater has sold out....albeit Russell says he has....
My valuations not far off....Grow up man....and listen to other arguments without always trying to discredit.
