Haha - have just read Myo’s poem to my mum (she loves Sirius) who thought I’d written it!! ‘well done!’ she said!! As if I could write such a good poem! We‘re half way through a bottle of mulled wine and I’ve got to somehow produce Xmas Eve lunch for everyone! Chesh, next year just imagine what Xmas meal you can afford!! Come to that i’ll treat everyone! (Well not everyone - the family)! Okay - Hereconesgreedy if it’s not next Xmas - it’ll be the next Xmas ....or the next Xmas ..., or the .. .... PS Myo - you can never sell up and not be part of this board!

I really don’t think the 25% drop in any way is due to whether the Company can secure Stage 2 or not. Of course they will. I think the 25% drop is due to nervousness surrounding what happened in Stage 1, the extra funding required and what is going on generally in this Country and the World. People are very jittery generally about spending any money. But however jittery jo public and business is - there’s always serious money and serious business around for a project like Sirius. We might not be in such a good negotiating position but we will get our Stage 2 news soon. CF and BOD will just have to do the best they can in this current environment to enable Stage 2 and the completion of this mine. Who knows it might even be better than everyone is hoping for? Happy Christmas everyone, in my view it’s all still good and let’s hope for a good start to 2019 and even if it isn’t what we hoped for 2019 will be an amazing year as far as Sirius in concerned - there’s no way I won’t be here! (sorry - I’ll try not to post as much)!!

Jimmy as far as I’m concerned i can’t rem if I said it or not but I don’t think anyone was particularly serious - it was all pink limos and helicopters - but I do think we’ll be celebrating the £1 before 5 years and that’s not me being excited!

I’m so looking forward to £1 party - and I think it will be a lot sooner than 5 - 10 years - I’m not ramping - I just really do think that!

Sorry - I also had a bit of a late night last night but I don’t understand Alistair Strang - how can his charts say what they say when no one knows what Stage 2 is going to consist of .......now Chesh’s charts are different bec I think they know. Seriously though I don’t understand

Hi Bratty, I think you’ve done very well in this climate. If the timing was right for you to downsize what better time to do it and be sitting on a load of cash. In my area the property market has def slowed down

Isn’t that the nature of share buying generally - over night you could lose your 7 year profit? Im not trying to take away anything from how annoying and frustrating it must be, esp with Sirius holders as they are my favourite shareholders, but surely even with Footsie 100 shareholders you can lose massive amounts on bad news from America or Brexit in one day.

But we all know it will be another 7 years on - even if Stage 2 isn’t great and there’s dilution (which obvs we don’t want) as long as the mine gets built that’s the important thing - bec the potential could be huge. No one should be invested here if they don’t realise it could go wrong, but if we were at the races it would be favourite to win rather than lose!

Okay so the share price isn’t much different a year on but I think so much has changed - apart from the state of the country which can’t be helping the SP, there’s been so much progress with Sirius made in so many areas and by the end of today a little bit more will have been made regardless of what SP is. I treat the current SP like I treat my house - neither is real money and neither will become real money until I (we)! decide to sell. As long as nothing drastic happens in the next couple of years in my life and I have to sell then I can relax bec it’s all just paper than I don’t need and I only want it for the future. I can’t influence anything and I can’t second guess anything regarding Sirius. The one thing being a shareholder has made me realise, and I did try to give my daughter a pep talk yesterday, which I could see wasn’t going in, I wish I had been able to continue working for longer as I was earning good money (I wasn’t sacked)! plus I wish I had kept some of my money back rather than spending it all on the children. I would just like to have a little ‘put by’ for Sirius just in case - not blindly throw money at it - just so I could feel I could buy more if it felt right. Talk of bonus’s at this time of year makes me wish I was still working! It will just be hard work convincing my husband to invest more - and it’s not because he doesn’t think it’s a great project - he actually does - but he just thinks we’ve invested enough. So that’s my main reason for feeling fustrated with this low share price.

Milo - where are you buying your chalet? (which I’m sure you will). I’m going skiing twice this year - once as a carer on a special needs ski trip although to be honest they are all so much better than me! But I wouldn’t mind a chalet with a view so I could just sit and watch (skip the skiing) with my vin chaud!

Hi Myosotis - I know the additional capital required is not great and is very substantial but at least it has de-risked the project. The one thing I did know before I came into this is that mining projects are expensive and known for needing more cash injections. That’s why I prepared myself for volatility - I hadn’t prepared myself for ‘topping up side of it’ and I know I rushed in bec I wanted as many shares as I could get and I find it annoying that I could have waited and topped up now! But that’s inexperience and of course in the long term won’t matter. Thank you, and others, for all your posts showing the bigger picture - when you take time to read them and look at the links it takes you back to the project as a whole and not just Stage 2!

Must be really annoying working for Sirius at the moment - working hard round the clock, possibly even ahead of schedule and that is all being taken away from you by the negativity around the share price and what might or not happen in Stage 2. All I know is that if I was a banker in this climate I’d jump at the chance to back a company like Sirius and make a positive start to the New Year - there’s no way there’s not some proper business people out there who won’t want to make money

Hi rekrab and Chesh! Ignore everything I’m going to say rekrab bec all I do is talk rubbish, waffle, argue about Brexit and laugh at Chesh’s jokes! Everyone’s situation is so different. My first few top ups lowered my average and being greedy then was worth it and enabled me to get a bigger holding which I am really happy with. I’d never have been able to do that if I’d told my husband but I sort of knew when to stop and that he’d be okay with it. (Well I can say that now)! He even agreed to a couple of top up’s at 30 - now of course I wish I hadn’t been greedy then and waited - so it doesn’t always pay off. If I had £100k now my honest answer is I really don’t know what I’d do. Do you take advantage of a ridiculous share price now or is there a chance in a few weeks it might be even more ridiculous? Either way I’d just focus on all the other stuff that’s going on within this company at the momentt - so much more than just the low share price. Ps I didn’t mention that I was jealous did I?

Haha! There was a moment last night (maybe it was the gins and prosecco) that I thought that they thought I had found a new religion in Sirius and were trying to save me!

Pity in the big bad world of share dealing In the uncertain volatile political mess we’re in a lot don’t think that sticking by something you believe in for the long term is worth it ...... might not be in the short term but my motto has always been put up with all the rubbish in the short term and don’t lose sight of how you want things to be in life in the long term. No I’m not talking about Brexit or children that have tested you, a boss you don’t like etc etc - tough times never last but tough people do! PS this is not a Sunday morning sermon just my therapy to myself for being told AGAIN last night I should have sold in the 30’s - I actually wish I’d never told my friends about my Sirius secret bec now some of them always ask how it’s going and last time I saw them I was a bit full of it - serves me right!

why would they? Might be different if it was their own money and they weren’t accountable every quarter/half year. They will just pay more when it’s derisked (not dear everyone - predictiive text wrote that about ten times). I don’t really feel the same about the Europe TorP but maybe that’s just me

Unfortunately the whole country is apprehensive about everything at the moment - whatever anyone’s views about Brexit no one however they voted is really positive about what’s happening and uncertainty is affecting ‘Jo Public’ and those who don’t truly understand Sirius or those trying to take advantage of the timing of Stage 2. LTHs who can afford to sit tight for a few years, put up with any possible dilution and weather it, see the much bigger picture and keep remembering it, will be the ones that do well and they deserve to because it’s easier said than done! Having said that there’s lots to be positive about in 2018 and there will be in 2019 even if the share price struggles. A few months after Stage 2, even if it isn’t popular I’m convinced it won’t just be the LTH’s that won’t let go of their Sirius shares and those that bought in higher will be so glad they did.

Maybe my chats to the farmers in India did some good - although I have to say the only thing that made me ill while I was there was some Masala Tea - don’t think it was hot enough. I only had some because I was so busy talking about Sirius - everyone else in our group was fine as they had walked off!
