When I joined I just typed in Serious Minerals and I think there is a Request to Join Group option. There is also Sirius Minerals which you can like and then get their posts

That’s good Scotman’s gone to bed ..... I can disagree!! - The Serious Minerals FB Group is great! It is a closed group and only the members can see the posts which are all about Sirius - created just over two years ago with nearly 2000 members - there’s no off topic, no arguments - certainly no heated discussions about B...... allowed! Also there are some great photos on there for those who live far away. And judging from a recent post your posts on here are appreciated by some who obviously read this board as well! You do have to have a FB account and then you can ask to join the group but I do know some people don’t like FB!

Just done a tiny top up so I’ve got a nice round figure which divides by three. Plus on the days this share goes up I can easily work out my profit. On the days that it goes down I couldn’t give a ....

I know it’s stupid but being relatively new to all this every time it goes down I don’t really care that much (unless it gets really low and I can’t top up) but I still get a ‘real buzz’ every day it goes up even though I’m actually well down on what I was! Guess it’s all a bit sad really - I’ll have to get out more!

Haha - not even me! The night before my top up last week I have never known the board so negative - but all from posters I knew normally wrote negatively or I wasn’t sure who they were - not that I really know who anyone is - but some posters on here I do feel I know a bit!! I know I’m going to get told off for that!!

How could I forget my top up - that was very exciting, and still is, I’ve decided I want one more tiny one to take me to a nice round figure - forget the costs which will probably cost more than the shares!

The thing about this share is however many days we have of posters talking share down, rubbish days when things don’t seem to go well and share price dives, every morning there is that feeling that we could get news that would show everyone that it’s all been worth it. After having watched the Yorkshire TV report I can’t help feeling excited for when that day will come and in a way the longer we have to wait and go through the rubbish days like we had last week the ‘sweeter’ that day will be and I for one will take great pleasure in posting to those posters that seem to disappear as soon as the share price seems to stabilise the four most lovely words ‘We told you so!’

CF - how weird to post that this morning

Message from the other half who’s away re the top up he very reluctantly agreed to on Thurs - ‘I see 5% profit on Sirius?’. Message back from me ‘No - over 7%’. Yesssssss - I don’t care whatever happens over the next few days/weeks - after weeks and weeks of trying to get him on board with Sirius those three words gave me so much pleasure!!

No Scott he’s not a non-believer - he’s not really comfortable with the stock market generally but he thinks we’ve put enough money into SXX. But I had promised him I wouldn’t buy any more - so I had to tell him this time!
