Milothe3rd don’t read this - it will annoy you and it is not ‘serious share talk’ but Sunday morning waffle as LL would say and she would be right! The ‘fun’ part’ I get at the moment with Sirius shares! Is the fact I have built up a fairly large holding. I understand that you end up with the same ‘money value’ of shares when they are consolidated. Also it depends on what’s best for Sirius as a company. But say you have 500,000 shares worth (wish I did) 25p (£125,000) now and there’s a 5:1 consolidation so you end up 100,000 shares worth £1.25 (£125,000). When you’ve got a lot of shares even .5p rise on the day is exciting. With 500,000 shares its £2,500 but with 100,000 shares its £250. I know with consolidation you’re more likely to get higher daily rises. I never care when share price goes down but when it goes up even a tiny bit now I have a nice round number it’s nice to think I’ve made some money on the tiniest upwards movement! I know it’s a bit sad but I’ve always been fairly open about how I’m not a serious share person but for me having lots of shares will be more interesting than having fewer - especially in the run up to building the mine, which obviously is far more important
