Qureight were there at the same time. They were listed as partners and scheduled to speak. It would seem strange if it wasn't collaborative in some way, given how much Dan Gooding has done for them in the past:

He even appointed Qureight lead guy Thillai to the Nuformix Scientific Advisory Board back in 2019

I assume the relationship to be very close.

I just didn't see Nuformix listed amongst any of the partners or participants on the official website (unlike Qureight) so I could only assume we weren't there in our own official capacity. Please take a look and correct me if I'm wrong. I would really like to see evidence that we were mentioned somewhere. How else is anyone going to find out about our potential otherwise (don't you agree)?:

Anyway, the real point was I trying to make was that the 'discussions' should have reached an advanced stage by now. It's been so long since we heard anything that I can only imagine they must be still on course, crossing t's and dotting i's. You know, working out that devil in the detail stuff. Attending a conference in the States would seem to be a major distraction to all that, unless you were scheduled to speak for Nuformix, of course.

Perhaps if Nuformix did have a platform then the company will be able to share with investors some of the benefits achieved by the visit and the input we had.

Was he speaking on behalf of NFX? Don't remember seeing him in the scheduled list. I must have missed that.

If Gooding was close to sealing a deal for NFX he would be too busy to go on jollies in the states for Qureight.

Seems to me these Telegram facilitated Q&A's and confab's only come about when they need more money. Deafening silence at all other times.

Thanks Jiving, it would be good to know from the company how those long discussions are going and whether these recent AZ patent additions affect us in any way

It would probably cost more to challenge the patent than it would to just buy the company outright and have done with it.

The article mentioned new AZ patents that they themselves were granted on Tuesday. They are obviously keen to defend the IP. Does, anyone know if such patents can be used as blockers to other patents (like ours). For example, could they patent part of the production process which anyone relying on our patent would need (thereby blocking our efforts to partner) or are those patents the ones that will expire soon?

If Sandoz and Natco were challenged at application then maybe. If granted patents are being challenged then it's a different story.
