So, all our 0.1p shares have now been exchanged for 1 0.05p share plus 1 effectively valueless 0.05p share with limited (but not no) rights.

However, the 2nd share is not credited to our accounts so there is basically no record that we can see our ownership of them.

So what happens now if the company wants to exploit another reorganisation. Does that put us at another disadvantage and can the status of the shares ever be changed.

If he actually told us something substantial in an RNS/website or actually took a break from lose investors money and coming back in hand without anything to show for it then it might be interesting to hear what has to be said.

The fact is, we know nothing other than that they won't be selling the company off outright to someone who can actually progress the IP. Instead they are hoping to strike some kind of out-licensing or option deal that will just continue the pain for a while. We are worth £0.5m and no one wants to buy us out? Why?

As for out-licensing deals...We all know how the last onepanned out, don't we?
