How many business deals have you been involved in for businesses worth £0.5m that boast of having IP to rival billion dollar block buster drugs where they have to raise another £300k just to extend talks for 6 months that have already being going for a year?

I didn't imply that anybody was trading on privileged knowledge. I just simply said that they shouldn't. A point which you kind of agreed with when you responded: "They’re allowed to know things that are not in the market, they are not allowed to trade on that info."

You ask me if I think that there is even the tiniest possibility of it being positive that someone is willing to shell out £100k? As things stand (if they split 2 for 1 and the current price halves again) I will be diluted by a further massive 66% plus on top of the amount already lost. How on earth is that positive?

I don't have evidence of anything. It's you who implied that someone is buying in who knows more than the ordinary punters:

If that is true and they acquired those shares at 0.15p before the price was driven down by the 'conditional' fundraiser RNS then I don't see any problem.

They shouldn't know anything that ordinary punters don't know and be trading on it...that's called insider trading.

I see they're still trying to pull mugs in paying circa 0.06p before they dump a load at 0.55p

Well, if that's true and you're an existing, loyal long term shareholder then you're going to get proper shafted!

It's an interesting one.

If you had 10m 0.1p nominal shares last week at 0.15p worth £15 then this week you have £5.5k a 63% drop in value. If they split the shares 2-1 and the price stayed at 0.05p then you'd have 20m 0.05p nominal shares with a value of £11k which is a drop of 27%. However, if they decide that doubling the shares means the sp halves then you are back to 63% dilution.

On the other hand if you are a trader who buys £10m shares now then you have £5.5k. When they split, if the price doesn't change then you're suddenly quids in and have doubled your money to £11k. If it drops by half then you don't lose that much.

I think we know how splitting the shares is going to feect the sp and can exactly see who this fundraiser is going to benefit.

I read that as we keep our existing shares, they add 600m more combined with some sort of overall consolidation so that the subscription price ends up being 0.1p instead of 0.05p to satisfy Companies Act regs.

Funny how bid the never seems to drop to or below .05p, even though the ask will more than likely drop to that or below once the fundraising is complete.

The company will be worth around £700k (or less) with £300k in the bank.

The only time we ever hear from you is when you're crying & moaning about what other posters have to say. I can't think of anything insightful you've ever contributed to this board other than sniping at others. Now that's weird. Also it seems that you only ever seem to have something to say when there is some kind of fundraising activity going on.

Is that your trading strategy Whimax? Are you just trading fundraiser volatility? I thought you said you were a long term investor. If so, how can you keep defending the constant failure and lack of transparency?

If they are having to raise £300k just to continue 'exciting' discussions that were already happening at 0.15p then how many multiples do you think the same 'partners' are going to be willing to pay in the end? Why not just buy us out for peanuts? No. They want it down even further.

This is going to end up with a minnow and I reckon most of us can guess who that might be.

I'm guessing the market maker is finding it very easy to forward sell those 600,000,000 shares with all the mugs happy to snap them up above the subscription price.
