It's all very disappointing Jiving but not surprising. They are unlikely to deliver anything before March deadline so yet another excuse to come cap in hand knowing full well investors will naturally find this very difficult to turn down if there is even the remotest chance of something happening.

They're not even through to submission yet.

As we all know, it was supposed to be a 'must have' just before the fund raise back in Feb/March. They had money then. Why was nothing seen to be done after that and why is that still the case now?

I'd just prefer it if hope could finally be drawn from tangible action instead of constant rumour.

We're worth 700k with 3 months left on the clock. There is still no news about submission for orphan status. They still won't tell us who they've been talking to....and you want us to believe a $5bn+ company is busy haggling?

I wonder who that 'mid-size' pharma might be?
