An MRE staying an NPV of $1.6 Billion does not equal a market capitalisation of this company of £100m.

Think.

This isn’t difficult people.

Don’t get fooled again.

The most important aspect of today is that the institutional investment sector now have hard information to start considering significant investment decisions.

That alone is what will drive the share price higher here on a far more consistent and mature basis.

However, those deliberations started today. Over the next week and weeks you will see the impact of those decisions.

It was highly impressive that a major High Net Worth invested £4.7m a few days ago: before the MRE release.

Still awaiting the new Zeus fair value research. I suspect the institutions will have favoured access…that is just the way the world works and is fine with me.

Important: they are working in the new fair value and will publish shortly.

The valuation rules are you have to use the avg price of tungsten for the last 12 (or 15?) months.

Which means there is another huge latent upside to follow as the MRE gets updated…the older, very low prices drop out of the calculation.

This is INSANE !!

I am on constant “page re-load” on Research Tree and will report in as soon as I see the new target price from Zeus and/or SP Angel.

They are still cleaning the coffee spittle off their trading screens at the moment…

Therefore company worth £600m.

Compare to market capitalisation of £100m.

6x on base case. Share price 20p++

$1.5 BILLION

One critical key word in SML's RNS on Friday last week (20/3):

"Transformational".

Executive Directors, their brokers and (most importantly) the Company's lawyers do not allow use of such words unless they are verifiable, in law.

Of course that is correct. Anything less than that would leave the market for the shares of all listed companies open to complete abuse.

But "transformational" was waived through all those stringent checks.

That is why tomorrow will be seismic.

10-12p and then on the delivery of the other numerous milestones due in the coming few months (and this management team is moving very fast indeed) trading up to 18-22p.

This will be backed up by Zeus and SP Angel tomorrow 9am. Investor Meet Company call 11am. Exciting times.

The market value of REE is minuscule at c. £15m

Its prospects are at least as good as comparables (eg SML) yet they have a market value of literally 8x that of REE at £120m.

SML has not yet released its MRE. Nor has REE.

Both are due to publish very soon (literally in the next day or few).

I believe both companies are ridiculously undervalued but REE is clearly in the “insanely undervalued” category.

Even Zeus Investment Bank are on record (see their report on Research Tree yesterday) ascribing a fair value of 8.9p to REE’s share price (pre-MRE).

@RMC80: all the Zeus and SP Angel research is on Research Tree.

1. I’m at work so haven’t got time to look up the precise dates but Zeus were at 1.9p around Oct 25. Moved to 4.8p around Dec 25. They then withdrew that pending review of MRE, last Friday.

2. There should be a TR1 issued on admission of the new shares but I am no expert on listing rules.

Zeus re-rate on REE to 8.9p is on Research Tree. Was published this morning (24/3).

Tiny market cap here. This is the next SML and with MRE due any day, we won’t have long to wait.

Share price is back to exactly where Zeus had the fair value: 4.8p

However, Zeus formally withdrew that fair value on Friday, last. Their new fair value will be announced on Thursday this week, at least double the 4.8p!

Some who are rather scared (and probably for very good reason) will “sell on the news”.

Some see quite possibly life-changing money.

I think a lot depends on personal circumstances and personal experience.

Personally I think this is ridiculously undervalued.

While MRE for me is 10p (after the stampede dust has settled after a couple of days). Longer term this is 20p+.

The right exit is the right exit for you. That won’t be the same for everyone.

Looking at this in terms of market cap. SML is currently £127m.

After all the ups and downs of MRE, PFS, DFS etc I think a broad consensus here would expect to see a market cap here of £250m - £400m.

Therefore a 2-3x on your investment within a short timeframe.
