Disappointing

Although the sp was over the last 3 months priced for perfection.

Have taken a small position here but my main focus is ALK and SML. Both are much closer to big breakthrough news.

With profits from there, I will come back to REE.

Also: just noticed some pretty chunky delayed trades just released.

Fantastic performance by SML over the last week of mayhem.

Once the dust settles and MRE drops we’ll be knocking on the door of SP Angel’s 13p share price target.

Zeus have said they will revise their current 4.8p share price target as soon as the MRE drops.

RNS today:

"Messrs. Bogart and Molot and Ms. O'Connell becoming retirement eligible in 2025".

Retirement in sight for Bogart and Molot.

And dont forget "Ms O'Connell" is actually Mrs Bogart.....

The strategic review has been ongoing for quite some time now. An update on that is due from the NOMAD as well as the company.

Is it on “Reach” rather than the main LSE RNS system?

I am no expert in this sector.

Question: is there an accepted market in the really big boy mining companies buying out the smaller and early stage companies once the latter have reached important milestones ?

From a corporate finance perspective, it strikes me as inefficient for the small miners to have to try to access capital markets. The big companies will have that firepower, on better terms, already.

So: is there a realistic prospect for a takeover bid once the MRE has landed ? Might present a nice exit for management and shareholders alike. Leaving plenty of commercial upside on the table for the buyer. Or is that a fanciful expectation.

I have one criticism of the ALK management team (who I otherwise rate as world class). They are brilliant on comms on social media, the technical engineering press but I do not think the investment community has proper exposure to the huge potential here.

I am hoping that the FT or IC will highlight this incredible UK success story soon.
