@Lelelele: to be honest, the management are doing exactly the right thing in the circumstances. Any announcement regarding the funding is incredibly price sensitive (your guess is as good as mine as to how high this is going to fly once the funding gets announced). Therefore they have to say absolutely nothing until the funding is signed up.

Therefore really important (though subtle) point is this: no news is good news. Why? If they had material doubts that the funding would not be going ahead, they would have to announce that immediately.

Share price now 23% below the Zeus fair value of 4.8p that it set long before the MRE

This disconnect is so egregious that it’s laughable.

Do the brokers, analysts and MMs really control and abuse AIM listed companies’ valuations so blatantly?

If so, where is the FCA in all of this.

Happily in finance the cream rises to the surface soon enough. Patience required.

I still have to check at least twice a day that the market capitalisation is only £11m here.

Of course there are risks with all companies and indeed all mining companies but REE looks like a genuine authentic contender for a 10x bagger.

It didn’t flag up as a new RNS on my screen so I wonder if others have missed this brilliant update ? The obviously very close working with the USA Government is very impressive and the management are moving this forward very fast.

Still no new fair value from Zeus and SP Angel despite them describing the MRE and Economic Evaluation as: “outstanding”, “spectacular”!

They need to book building the finance for the next milestone.

1. Never converts to REALISED profits

2. ALWAYS results in spectacular pay rises and bonuses for the board

Back to the land of the sane (not Jane):

There are two key points.

1. No new Zeus target price yet published. Until this week the new fair value target price was always published in the same day as the RNS.

All analysts have their own valuation models. It takes them literally 2 minutes to plug in new variables and a share price target is spat out.

So Zeus and SP Angel are taking SML to all of their institutional investors and HNWs. Price so obviously bring suppressed until that exercise is complete. This is how the City works and it won’t be different here.

2. Carefully put a BIG dummy sell of SML shares into your trading account. You will be offered a price. If, as is suggested by some, this company is miraculously a basket case, no price would be offered. This the MMs collecting fearful sellers shares on the cheap to sell to the institutions at a profit in point 1 above.

You just need to let this run its course. Time to play some golf and relax.
