Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
The potential (stress) Peterson settlement discussions make it well worth hanging in. An interesting moment.
Very fair comment Stnz. Like you, I am healthily sceptical of things like the FF video. However, I have been following this company pretty closely since it listed and FF’s thesis is sound. The key is: now LIT have hit their 27 month avg case gestation period, they have to show real concluded case results. A second fund would also be a huge plus. Both of these factors should drive the SP forward.
More support for the sector as a whole. Top quality source.

This backs up what we all suspect. This should wake from its slumber before too long:

Another very interesting view on the market as a whole. Good, quick read from highly regarded source:

I agree TWT. If Petersen does settle at a decent value this will rocket. I have 5 years experience of buying and selling this stock and have never failed to make a profit (pure luck !) Just got back in after a 9 months on the side lines. Its not just Petersen of course. I think the markets are finally waking up to the opportunity in Litigation Funding generally. We are well represented in the UK in that sector.
Many thanks ShearClass. I agree - it was after seeing that River & Mercantile interview that I did my second material top up today. As they stated, LIT is one of their major holdings. Very re-assuring.
Gallmat: good point. Simon Thompson was at 120p but that was before the the new $50m facility and obviously prior to any Second Fund which is likely to be significantly larger than the first. Would be interesting to learn his up to date Target Price. The fuel for this stock to be consistently re-rating over the months and years ahead will be the announcement of significant completed cases. We are now only just coming into their 27 month gestation period, so this should be an exciting time. There is never a sure thing in the world of investment but this does look encouraging. Hi Bladey - hopefully this works. All the best.

Just watched Vox Markets video: River and Mercantile presented (George Ensor - very sound). He said R&M have a big position in LIT and sounded very positive about this (and MANO). He also talks about a range of other very interesting and diverse opportunities. Well worth a look.
That 09.16 trade for 30,000 shares this morning was my top up. With intelligent light now shone on this stock this should fly past 150p and then far beyond. The 8x in the video is bold but we are coming from a very, very low base. GLA
Completely agree. This should now handsomely reward patient investors. We are now 2.5 years since the IPO in Dec 2018, so we are at the very start of the sweet spot for this company. Their accounting has been mis-understood by some/many - it is very, very conservative on income recognition (the latency point in the video). Literally zero recognised until income is cash. That is frankly unhelpful for PIs (if they fair valued we would have a better handle on the upside) but the hugely supressed share price (because of that mis-understanding) does present a seriously fine investment opportunity. DLA. DYOR as ever.
This looks very significant indeed. Have been waiting for the sector to mature and it now looks very interesting so have loaded up !

I agree Monkshood. I think Dunelm is fast becoming the new John Lewis.
Good day for us here. Wish I had kept all my investments in big caps like this ! lol !
i think full annual results 24/3
Fomo - with utmost respect, in theory I absolutely agree, as always it looks fantastic. When to comes to anything in practice with the CPS....I wouldn’t buy shares in them lol
Anyone heard any news please ? Thanks in advance
Looks like all big caps down due to increased corporation tax I suppose ?
FoMo: number of confiscation orders brought in last three years: one....fraud and criminal proceedings are a very high bar to jump and of course lawyers are needed if you go down the criminal as well as civil route. Ask any lawyer: wherever possible, use civil proceedings.
