Why is it only countries with abundant supplies of vaccines want to lockdown? Poor countries have learnt to live with it.
These government are not protecting lives, they are literally destroying lives now and for decades to come, young kids are becoming less joyful. People are losing their jobs, losing their savings and then their homes, yet these fat pigs in government will always be rich, they take bribes, so their personal wealth increase by the day. The tax payer funds their lifestyles.
There will be no rioting in the streets, the Great British people are no more, they are still dining out on the 1966 world cup. A handful will take to the streets, but the majority of the sheep will repeat the cult mantra, "they are doing it to protect our lives"...

Look how many of the sheep line up to take tests despite having no outward symptoms, yet we all know that PCR testing is done in batches, so if 1 in 5 of that batch gets a positive, they all get he positive. They do not test each and every sample separately, would take a lifetime to do that. Filming even showed liquid spilling from one test to another, contaminating it.
They will never let go of your freedom now, you are now just a worker for them, to generate tax revenue and be quite or they will lockdown again at a drop of a hat.

Dude, so what if it does? They are not testing that many PCR, takes two days to get a result, once cases overtake testing no point testing any more, this comes from a viral epidemiologist. We assume the whole country has it, give every one an oxygen tank and a hose from your local Asda carpark. Most of the people I saw in hospital beds where chatting away with oxygen masks on, nothing more, they could administer those sitting in a hallway, not taking up beds. All of it is just BS and you know it.

Also, I'll start to worry when the death rate reaches 10% of the global population as a direct result of covid, not with but because.

What if the whole country gets tested positive and 99% eligible are triple vaccinated?
Then what? Lockdowns and keep jabbing until it goes away or will the government pull it's head out of it's anus and accept death is a part of living?

bb, let me tell, they are talking about it, very much so. They have now closed schools a week early, made masks a mandate and no vaccine pass, no entry. This is here, Germany and Austria. However, the fear mongering is less severe, or people just don't care

Just a theory of mine, what if the UK government really f**ed up by giving the vaccine 8-12 weeks apart instead of the recommended 2 weeks, compound that with it being AZ and not one of the more effective ones?
Why is the reoccurrence or new infections on the rise in the UK yet much lower in the rest of Europe where they only used Moderna and Pfizer,on top of that, 2-3 weeks between jab 1 and 2?
Just saying, we had ours here within 14 days of each other. And not AZ.

In my moments of impatience and rage, I fumble a lot with writing.
Empathy in not always innate, I have very little and what I do have I spare for those that need it. People dying with covid, not so much, kids dying of hunger and cancer, all of it.
Now excuse while I shop online for a pair of thongs, it would look odd if I bought in store...

Jtan, I'm afraid if you expect the British public to go into the streets and protest.. that ship sailed back in 1945. Very few will even whisper a complaint, those that do will be projected as rioters and anti NHS...

The apathy of the UK populous has no limits, a selfish society is easily trodden under foot.
Think about this way, if there is a accident and someone needs help, the first thing people will do is take out their phones to post on tiktok or IG or some other gloryhole. Not help.
That is the reason why the UK government gets away with so much.
