b-b, we know that NATO did nit act, perhaps on the side of caution that Putin would not invade. That has proved to be wrong.
Nato could have gone all in from day one with full aggressive assault on the Russians the second they stepped foot onto Ukrainian soil, the problem is, they already had been in Ukraine, 8 years ago and we did nothing.
I think that NATO may go all in and I mean everything if they decide that Putin has pushed way beyond the 'normal' parameters of warfare or he pushes into an EU / NATO country. Blast Russia off the map, once and for all.
The tricky part is that when the US and it's allies do the same thing, Putin says nothing, so is the kettle calling the pot black?
Geographically speaking it makes no difference where it happens.
I think the world has changed in the last two weeks that may never go back and if it does, it will not be for a very long time. For example, I personally know two global corporations that have left Russia and will never return, I mean massive companies. I personally know the head of the European division (Russia falls within their dept) and another that is a global manager that also has Russia under their teams.
This has changed many things, maybe made EU stronger and UK is part of Europe and maybe made people realise perhaps paying a little more for things to have products made in your own backyard is still cheaper than having to deal with dictator regimes? Because as plain to see, we are paying far more now than if we made our own.
