Lejog, they did write a fair RNS, after a very good bit of news. Gives me more faith in this company tbh. Imagine what Dave Lenigas would have made of it - and then done a placing rather than organised a dividened. A divi ffs, by a profitable and growing company! And all people want is a JORC announcement, in a country they've never heard of, by a company that will never have the cash to mine. To each his own, but this is a winner all day long, even more so at these silly sale prices!

Quite baffling today. PP granted and the SP absolutely tanks. I can only assume people read the NAV in the RNS and panicked - but of course that valuation makes no allowance for the value of Desborough. Hate to agree with you fortuna, but I suspect blue day tomorrow, as the dust settles.

Annual profits c5mln. Cash at bank c5mln. NAV 28pps. Bargain here at anything like 3p, or 4p!

It will rise. Bit of a sleeper here. Easily worth multiples of current sp, just on cash and other current assets. The value of the investments is just a bonus!

I don't think 20p is unrealistic at all. That seems to be what its worth now. With a decent RNS, a good investment, or just a change in sentiment it could well surpass that. Whats the free float here?
