Thats not quite what they said oil. They said no cash would be returned to shareholders from the sale of assets - as it will be used to pay down debt. This should then trigger the step down facility in the loan arrangements, thereby returning the company to profit, and allowing it to rerate to its NAV , as most REITs seem to trade around NAV this would be c30million. Also, the remaining assets arebeing revalued, and I suspect upwards as economies improve. So I arrive at c.50million, which is more than the present c.780k, therefore I think it will rise. QED!
