So whats wrong with JSI? Profitable, dividened paying, and trading at a fraction of its NAV. Why such a bargain???

Its more your, and others' motivation for posting that interests me. Someone buys a share, becomes disgruntled, and then spends considerable time talking it down. Or repeating "careful" warnings. Makes no sense at all. If the stocks a duffer, sell up and move on. A poster must have a motive to remain on a board, with constantly negative posts. Which can only be a desire to deter buyers. Which only means one thing - the SP is going to go North.

Can I suggest that buying stock and then talking it down is not the best way to profit then?

Well you must be an absolute saint! I'm not questioning your not encouraging others to buy - rather your discouraging others from buying! Which means, if you're a holder, you're advocating a course of action for others which is detrimental to yourself. I just don't believe that happens on an anonymous BB. If you were short however, your stance would make more sense....

I've seen this many times before - posts on a BB designed to stop the PI buying in. Never ever are such posts made because a share is about to go down, large holders wish to sell, or the mms are awash with stock.........

Thanks for your words re the other share! Was out all pm and evening, so didn't see the action there or here. Initial thoughts on our RNS - I've done quite a bit of new build development, as a very rough rule of thumb, development works on 1/3 for land cost, 1/3 development cost and 1/3 profit. So 98 units at 300k sale on average (ish) should be almost 10mln profit. 40% to FRM makes them c.4mln to me. Not a bad deal is it? FRM deserved to have a decent rise today - maybe it will come tomorrow as so often happens!

No not sold kensington. This is a very strong company, without whatever new deal is being announced imminently! I think EUA will give me a nice top up pot here, so long as they do the business before FRM!

Its not fair - bounce now on and my top up money is suspended in EUA!

Morning. I really think it means imminent. Yesterdays RNS was obviously because there was a leak which started the buying.

I suppose it all depends what the deal thats coming - imminently coming - actually is. Year after year the finals exceed the interims by a factor, not a margin. This board over delivers. And the London property market isnt exactly stone cold right now either. Where will this go - imminently - on a halfway decent deal 30p would be cheap IMHO. The path to a full pound (now mentioned on ADVFN after my slightly jocular ramp) might well be faster than even the bulls think. But stick with 30p or so for now, as realistic, if a little pessimistic.

I can't see why the price won't keep rising in anticipation tbh. Already a cracking little company, probably fair to say its worth much more than current mcap without whatever deal is brewing. Guys on ADVFN predicting 15 to 30p tomorrow - sounds a little optimistic but who knows! Sod it - I'll have my own ramp - a quid by Monday afternoon lol!

If you mean your top up at 7.25 I only saw one trade at I think 7.2499. Was getting 8.4 to sell at the bell, 8.69 to buy, if you could actually get a firm quote. Wonder when the RNS will be? They could have said "whilst we are engaged in a potential deal at the moment etc." But they chose / had to say it was in very advanced stages and the definitive agreement was "imminent". Tomorrow ? This week? Not long anyway.

Got to have some sellers too. Otherwise what do the mms sell tomorrow for 10p. Far more sustainable rises also include sellers along the way.

Will just have to wait and see what the deal is, but this company is a real performer - always under promises and over delivers. And the SP moves on such little buying - a good deal and 20p will be long gone!

It was NT this morning before the RNS. Guessing theres hardly any available too. If this deal is even halfway good we could be in for a tremendous boost!
