My brother told me he has just sold all his AIM shares for CGT purposes - plenty of bottom drawer losses to crystalise. Given we have Che Starmer in charge now I can see others doing the same. I hope Colin doesn't join them !.

I will stick to coffee but I have tried to calm down. The problem for many of us is that we have heard this "kicking the can down the road" multiple times across the Birdie stable of companies. And with no sign of incoming revenue it does become a concern. That Glenover money appears to be unlimited in the view of some, we will find out more when the results are released. But I doubt the drilling contractors and consultants are working for free.

And serving the "interests of shareholders"is a mute point imho. There are multiple companies on AIM where shareholders have been diluted to oblivion. And regretably I own more than a few.

Has anyone been keeping tabs of Sandfire ?. A cash payout from them would be very useful next year to calm nerves.

In fairness to Colin, he is balancing a limited amount of cash and there is only so much he can do. It would have been nice to have had that zinc income but nothing materialised. Some good gold results at Shinganda would be nice.

Not a great short term outlook for copper in their opinion.

Personally I would have liked to see a few large buys come in as the drilling hits target depth. Time will tell.

If this turns out to be correct then it is hard to see BR and the small mines doing anything soon. Mine supply might be underwhelming but demand isn't great either.

Lets hope ARCM/GLR etc have some some luck with their drilling.

Lucky - we are looking for a Kamoa type deposit in Zambia ie high grade with a few metres depth spread consistently over a large area.

Could there be a connection with IRH ?. Colin is connected with JLP and they are connected with IRH and have the financial muscle to do deals. Purely speculative but something must be going on in the background with Luansobe.

A full exploration drill programme would be expensive. Obviously we could sell something but that RNS we have been promised never seems to materialise. And we know from experience it takes an age to get licenses changed etc. More so given Zambia now talking about changing their rules yet again.

A farm out is another possibility. But on a XTR podcast awhile ago Colin said he would rather go it alone if he finds something for as long as possible. Why would you give a Kamoa type find away cheap ?. It's early August. Enough time to put a few more holes in. But realistically speaking, probably at best would be to find the right geological formations.

Surprised by the negativity. Ok, it's a lottery drill. But if we hit Kamoa type mineralisation then it will be a game changer. Admitedly a placing would likely quickly follow but I don't think Colin would hang around like he has in recent years.

As an aside, from todays Zambian license update, am I right in saying that the Luansobe second application has again been deferred ?.
