Ma - I will leave the number crunching to you. My hope is that at least one of the Group will strike it big in NW Zambia. The geology is promising . On a recent SR podcast it was noted that FQ had approached Colin about joint venturing with the XTR and GLR licenses. Given their work on the AFP license then I would consider that a positive. But still very high risk and possibly no reward. The dead certs like Bushranger are no more .............

The "low"risk point might apply to some of their assets. Luansobe open pit and Silverking being case in point. But as NvS of ARCM said about exploring for copper in NW Zambia "it's like looking for a needle in a haystack" (taken from memory).

But agreed, the balance sheet is always number one.

You are being a bit harsh. On Colin's desk there is probably a pile of folders with "Immediate Attention Required". Names like: New Projects 1, 2, 3 , 4, 5, 6, 7,8,9,10, Luansobe, Shinganda, Kamativi, Botswana, Ferber, NW Zambia, Ongombo, Hope and Gorob, NW Zambia AFP, NW Zambia XTR, Bushranger, Silverking, Ken etc etc.

Sadly the market has given up thinking the folders will be opened and actioned no matter how high copper goes. The trading volume has been abysmal given how much press coverage copper is getting. The only consolation is the shareprices should go up a lot given the low starting points across the Group. Next year ......................

That does seem the markets impression unfortunately. Bar a big buy at AFP a couple of days ago, there has been no interest in the Companies. And that is with copper at all times high. If copper was at $3 a pound would the shareprices be any different ?

I admit I am frustrated as much as anything and I hope patience will pay off. But having invested in the Group for the rising copper price and NW Zambia I feel some payback is due.

I am not too bothered about BR as that ship has sailed until AA decide what to do. But even Silverking they were talking about 24 months to start production in the podcast. Luansobe production has gone quiet despite doing a presentation last year saying it would be mid 2023. Same at AFP and BZT. Now is the time to give clear guidelines when production will start. Hopefully drilling in NW Zambia will brighten things up, can only hope.

Cocoa went down 19% yesterday so shows the volatility of these products. But hopefully we are now in a long term higher trading range.

I am still not sure why it is taking so long for Colin to get any production out of the "simple" open pits mines he has bought across the Group.

Isn't this the point. Currently it is speculated but not proved. If GLR was a major I assume they would just drill some deep holes and answer that question. For GLR it a risk given the costs involved. As previously mentioned, does Colin play safe or throw the dice ? All purely IMHO and happy to hear alternative arguments.

Lucky - Colin has connections to JLP. JLP is involved with Mopani. Their name has also been mentioned on the podcasts. But as said in yesterdays SR podcast, the Chinese are desperate for ore so maybe they will offer a better deal. An RNS could be issued today. But then it could be next year. If the Chinese offered a great deal I doubt Colin would say no.

You are doomed. Repent your sins or you will go to eternal hell. But if you hand over some money all will be forgiven. You can then take your private plane to another climate conference.

Personally, I think we will need both renewables, oil and gas. Lets get gas production going in the F.I and reduce the use of low quality coal in Asia. That will make a real difference whist nuclear modules can be developed.

Lucky - according to this weeks podcast, the ground is covered in jungle and undergrowth. Once that is cleared they have to remove the top 10 metres to get to the ore. The ore will be excavated and then processed by Mopani or whoever. Eventually they will be able to access the deeper ore via a mine (plan B). This will not be done by GLR according to Colin. The alternative/concurrent plan is to drill to 1200 metres and hopefully find more ore (plan C). At this point the whole lot will be sold to Mopani as an extension of their existing Mopani mine. According to a podcast there has already been a drill to 1200m which did find copper - 1% ?. However they have been unable to find the records.

I recommended XTR to my brother when it was 5p. What could go wrong. Colin had said there was definitely 2 m/t which we knew would trigger the Anglo American buy out clause. My brother said no way, not after JLP (previously a CB company). I wish I had taken his advice !. Only very good news will suffice I feel. Copper is near all time highs yet it has done nothing for the shareprice.

But demand for copper is only going one way so eventually it should improve ???

The world population has already increased by 26.5 million this year. Oil demand is only going one way. India has power shortages and is increasing the use of coal.. China likewise. Whatever the F.I does is not going to make any difference.

The game reserve sounds great. I hope us long suffering shareholders get an invite. If nothing else it brings back great memories.

I thought the Shinganda part remains positive. With no results released, my instincts says there isn't gold. They still suggest there is which is a positive.

On Luansobe my feel is that the messenging last year about going into production mid 2023 has created a problem of trust. Personally, as I said at the time, I didn't expect it and was shot down for saying it. Drilling deep, proving up the resource and selling the whole lot to Mopani (plan C) still remains my best hope/thoughts. I appreciate others have their own opinions.

But in all seriousness, The Sunday Roast guys were there last week and hopefully we will get more info soon. And within the next few weeks drilling will be happening in NW Zambia. Sudden spikes in the likes of ARCM and AFP might indicate tasty looking cores ?.

I am not sure if an RNS saying the authorities want a brown envelope filled with cash will get past the nomads !.
