Ryan is looking for ways to undermine the ability of LOGP to pursue compensation via the ECT.

They also chose to enter into an agreement where international o&g companies would be compensated. because of the adoption of so called green policies.

So when the lease undertaking application was submitted he did not engage, he procrastinated and dreamt up a way of assessing the capability of developers so as to undermine the ability of BEY/LOGP to develop the licence.

At the same time ireland continues to require oil and gas and has even entered into agreements with other nations to try and guarantee supply.

A disvovery had been made but further work was needed that would extend beyond the expiration date of the licence. The case will hinge on the discretionary actions of THE MINISTER since the application was made, actions that have undermined the companies ability to fund and progress work required to declare the discovery commercial and develop the licence. A discovery has been made. The actions of the minister will be proven to be deliberate at worst or negligent at best.

The 5m from stalicla is not within their control.

It is dependant on when stalicla submit the IND.

The part that was within their control was the ph1 completion and they achieved that.

They are anticipating the IND submission and the payment associated with it b4 the money runs out but how can they give a definite date. It is up to stalicla.
