With whats going on in the states with the debt ceiling, socialist spending plans and the amount of money being printed just to keep things ticking over I think AS needs to seriously consider Terns strategy with DA. If the US hits the wall and the value of the dollar plummets where does that leave Bidens spending plans? It would be good for Tern to have some money in the coffers to weather the storm but my opinion is that retaining a percentage of DA could be prudent. Depending on the severity of the downturn, the US adninistration being able to securely control their assets ( and potentially individual assets of US citizens if it gets serious enough) would make keyscaler priceless.
Intel are my pick to buy DA
must be a typo then .
when did he join device authority?
Am I missing something? 'featuring richard kerslake, intel and device authority' ?
they wouldnt because they are not the product but are a governing body that set the rules of the game and regulate how it should be organised and played. .....just like fido. Even local 5 a side leagues are subject to FA guidelines. It doesnt mean they ever make any money because their product is not premier league.

Using my football analogy grees, yes you can play football with your mates, you can watch your sunday league team, you can pay to watch your league 1 or 2 or championship team. But the real money is in the premier league and the real real money is champions league. D. Anthill confirmed in the recent presentation that there are different ways for end users to address their iot security. But if you want premier league quality with lifetime management that allows for secure updates, keyscaler has been independently verified as class leading. That is why the biggest players in the industry are either partnering with device authority or white labeling keyscaler. You are correct, other solutions are there but they are not premier league and that is why they will not win as many trophies, attract the best players, get the biggest crowds, generate the largest revenue or become an iconic household name.
Like football is free for all. You do not even have to be affiliated with the FA to play it. All you need is a ball and a patch of grass. What are man. united, manchester city, chelsea and sky sports thinking of. ......idiots!
I cant find any reference to anyone from tern saying there will likely be liquidity events this year. I can find references to syndication but not liquidity. Where did the liquidity comment come from?
'he has delivered nothing last 7 years'. Every sentence you type shows how little you understand the tech and the work involved in developing a business like this. You are like an irritating child in the back seat of a car constantly complaining why we arent there yet. If you do not like the journey and are not old enough to appreciate the necessary progress that is being made then be my guest and get out.
very similar trading pattern from 2nd august to that from 15th march.
is that 'before 4th august latest if the company decides to admit them to trading?'
Will these new shares ever be issued if the ability to raise funds is being used as a negotiating tactic/backstop but a sale is agreed. I could be way off there with rose tinted glasses on but there was no definite date for start of trading.
....or it may just be premature and not in the best long term interest of shareholders to sell a stake in DA too cheaply. There may not have been an attempt or a failure. Just a decision.
M.Freeman. Although it would be good to get a revised value for DA that properly reflects the progress that has been made thus far, I do not know if 'failed' is the correct word. That implies that there has been an attempt.
cam,
think your maths is out there. Surely £33 is £11 Billion mcap approx. ???
My main concerns TBH are that Tern exit or partially divest of their portfolio companies too early or that someone acquires Tern at a ridiculously low price. My short term preference would be for third parties to buy a percentage of one of the portfolio companies as part of a 'syndication' as AS has muted. This would provide cash and remove the risk of dilution. It would also place a revised value on Terns remaining and hopefully controlling interest.
Wish someone would take these out of the game for 10p+. Got to be worth at least that with oil price where it is.

Raising money in next few weeks for Tech investments. Dont know if its relevant to tern but I think he has been a big investor in the past.
Anyone know anything about this?
