Too many chiefs not enough indians in my opinion. They just need a solid and motivated sales team instead of having all these executive working on strategy!! Strategy is growth in revenue as a priority no? anyway what do I know?!
Bidstack keeps hiring these high profile Chiefs and VPs and yet the SP stagnates miserably. Are they just bleeding cash or investing in a highly knowledgeable and experienced workforce? It looks a bit like it's a lifestyle company, paying huge salaries to all these people whilst the shareholders are left in the dark. There is room for improvement as far as their communication strategy is concerned no? Or are they tied up with various NDA whilst the Azerion case is settled?

Amazing. Looks like a soft launch has already happened then?! when will Bidstack make this official? So much is happening behind the scenes.

I don't really know what this means but the timing is bizarre. There is obviously a lot happening behind the scene which we don't know about.

I just topped up by 100K shares at 10.17. At this price I think they're very cheap, but my buy appears as a sell so definitely take the recap of sell/buy with a pinch of salt.

Ok the share price is disappointing but could it be a blessing in disguise? Bidstack being out ofthe Azerion contract may allow it to spread its little wings elsewhere? or to strike a Takeover agreement with a bigger company than Azerion?
Just trying to find the silver lining there...
At this price the share is really a bargain, wish I could buy some more now..

James Draper has talked about takeovers before with regard to Massive:

Despite Massive’s closure in 2010, some experts were quick to point out that the company was more of a success than a failure, particularly from its shareholders’ perspective. “For the founding team, it was an unbelievable success for them,” said James Draper, CEO of the in-game advertising firm Bidstack, which formerly employed Massive co-founder Katherine Hays as an strategic advisor. “They were only doing like $1.8 million of actual revenue before the exit — so for them to sell it for $187 million dollars was an unbelievable return.”
if say Bidstack was bought for $400 million dollars, what would the share price be roughly do you think (since it looks like we are heading in that direction!?
Thanks

Do you think the World Cup will have any impact on EA/Bidstack?

James Draper is quoted here so should he sell Bidstack or do a merger of some sort he probably has a pretty good idea of what would be an acceptable figure.

Answering my own question here...
Looking at this article:
https://www.nftgators.com/admix-rebrands-to-landvault-in-300-million-merger-to-bring-top-brands-to-the-metaverse/
It seems to me that Bidstack is potentially worth around 300 million with the right partner. If Azerion is limited geographically (ie Europe) in terms of its reach, and if Bidstack is now heavily investing its energy in the States, then Bidstack is right not to want to be acquired by Azerion. It's got bigger fishes to fry elsewhere. Azerion is a great business partner but not THE partner to do a merger with if it is limited geographically. The leaked e-mail is positive I think. It shows that Azerion did want to purchase Bidstack and obviously sees its potential and it will hopefully attract the attention of other companies with a bigger reach and purchasing power?
What was the in game advertising company which was purchased for $100 million a few years ago? I forgot. Was it by Sony or Microsoft?
30p by Christmas anyone?
