you have all the background info on bidstack so you are probably best placed to speak to a journalist. i am a fairly new shareholder (who has lost **** lots of money) but don't have all the background info. someone needs to investigate what the big players/shareholders are doing. if they got their money back somehow, surely the small investors should have gotten something too no? the big players are suspiciously quiet. i think a film should be made about this :-) there is a scenario waiting to be written in my opinion...

Well done Girdz. Please keep us posted.
What Bidstack has done can't be right. By all standards this is theft in disguise of managing a business, a total scam.
Shame on them. Anyone associating with them now will be complicit of stealing money from ordinary people to fill their own pockets.
Why are people saying that the BoDs have bought back the company from the Shareholders? they have stolen the company from the shareholders as none of the shareholders were consulted or given anything for their shares. Is it bad journalism or what?

No mention of the shareholders who have lost everything...
Thanks Helx2. I think the problem is that Bidstack has been misleading shareholders and have not been upfront with the true state of the business and about their true intentions so we have all been misled into thinking that Bidstack had our best interest at heart when in fact the only concern the BoD seems to have is to make as much money as possible for themselves even if that means literally stealing millions from ordinary people.
@helx2 what is the link to make a complaint and could you perhaps copy and paste what you have written here so that we can all just copy and paste. I think we should all fill a complaint until a journalist takes notice. Anyone working with Bidstack from now on is complicit of theft. They have basically stolen the life savings of many ordinary people without an ounce of regret, explanation or even apology. It's totally unacceptable to be acting like this. I don't think they have seriously tried to find a buyer or they would have found one. They just wanted to keep the IP which is where the value is. That's my take. Trying to screw people even potential buyers until the end.
Totally despicable and I hope they get sued by the bigger players there.
Why aren't there more posts from shareholders here? Has everyone accepted this situation as a fatality?
Do we have to complain to the FSO or FSA?
Surely all these guys have invested in Bidstack PLC are going to sue Bidstack LTD no?

Hello,
Can someone contact this journalist and give him the full picture? His article based on the RNS makes it look as if Bidstack is out of the wood and all is now rosy and well without mentioning that the executive team of Bidstack Ltd have run away with all the money that shareholders had been 'investing' into Bidstack PLC. I don't know enough about shares and companies to explain the situation to this journalist with enough knowledge and authority but the executive team need to be exposed as thieves and Bidstack as a total scam. As someone said below this is daylight robbery. The best way to expose them is to talk to the specialist press in the first instance so that no one, no client, no customer ever deals with these crooks again.

How is what happened even legal?! Iderto is still an investor from what I can gather no? are they just going to accept for Bidstack executives to wipe out all the money they have been pouring into Bidstack just like that? Have all shareholders' money - which has been supporting all of the employees and development of Bidstack - gone for good? This is unreal. I have lost so much money and wish I had never ever invested in this scam of a company.
Is what happened even legal? Is there a corporate lawyer here?
What is this deal between Azerion and Bidstack about. Do we know where that will leave the shareholders and how do I join the Telegram group?
Is there anyone on here who feels confident enough to speak to the administrators on behalf of the shareholders? I don't believe a word of what comes out of James Draper's mouth anymore. Surely Iderto will be asking some questions too I assume? What was the name of this shareholder who wanted to sue the board at some point? Where is he now? It feels to me that it would be a bit too easy to say that since no buyer has been found, Bidstack enters liquidation, so that JD and his mates can start all over again with a clean slate with their SRT or whatever his new company is called after having frankly wasted all of our money? Surely as many have said below the value of the IP should be used to compensate shareholders?
Does anyone know if it is legal to shield the IP from the assets or if it amounts to fraud? If not shall we not all report James Draper and Lisa Hau?

Hold on what do you mean by IP?
It means intellectual property right?
https://www.sellingmybusiness.co.uk/articles/selling/a-guide-to-intellectual-property-when-selling-a-business
Surely this was part of the 'assets' of the company, if not it's called fraud in my books no? Could someone with some legal background call the administrators and find out? as this really sounds dodgy to me. JD should be sued by the shareholders if he is shielding the IP.
The Value of Bidstack is in the IP so I hope that when the administrator contacted over 200 potential buyers the IP was included otherwise it's no surprise that they didn't find any buyers. I cannot believe than the likes of Disney, Sony, EA wouldn't have been interested in Buying Bids. The negotiation was probably flawed as usual when it comes to JD's trying to fool everyone and putting wool over everyone's eyes. They should just sell the whole thing including IP, pay back shareholders who have put their hard earned cash into paying JD and his mates their salaries over the last few years and move on to pastures new. I believe there is karma in this world and JD will never be able to set up a business again in his lifetime if he doesn't behave with integrity this time around. I will certainly never again put a penny in any of his shoddy businesses. I don't know him personally but he comes across as a crook. End of.
Surely Iderto cannot let this company dissolve without a fight?! they have a lot of money at stake too no?
OMG this is so bad. So what's happening now for us shareholders? People can't buy and sell shares? what's happening with our shares? I have been badly burnt there, lost a lot of money, I am absolutely gutted.
Looks like it's old news...why is the article's date 4 March 2024

Where are all the big wigs who were on the board of Bidstack at some point? from EA, Sony etc.. where are they now that the money is running out? I would have thought they could have helped Bidstack getting out of the pickle they're in?!
