If the IP was shielded from any deals, if the administrators were misled into thinking that the company was only worth £80k, if the shareholders were not consulted at any time, if no serious buyers were contacted, then there is a blatant case for fraud and the administrators either didn't investigate properly and thus didn't do their job properly or were complicit. In which case IMHO there is a case for them to be liable too.

Thank you to the journalist for highlighting this fraud on a grand scale. The BoDs are staying silent because they know that what they have done is wrong and they are trying to get away with it, or think they can. How many millions were stolen from the shareholders?

James Draper CEO of Bidstack owning 3% of the company they're in charge of, is able to mismanage that company to the point of administration, but then buy that same company back under another name, award themselves 25% ownership and then start promoting it quite happily.

And let’s not forget Lisa Hau has gone from 0.1% to 25% fishy?

I am sure Azerion would have been up to buying Bidstack if the BoDs were actually honest and had accepted to sell the IP as part of the deal. If the IP wasn't part of the deal it's no surprise that they didn't find a buyer and that's where the fraud is. They used money from Shareholders to then create a private company without consulting shareholders and taking all of the money which doesn't belong to them personally in the process.

If it is proven that fraud has been committed then surely the directors can be liable personally?. Anyway we won't know if we can get some of our money back until the company and its directors are taken to court. They have been handed out millions. These millions must be somewhere.

this guy got 25 years in prison for defrauding investors...hope Draper and his lot get caught. What they have done cannot be legal. They are boasting about the company having great potential and they cannot find one single company to buy Bidstack. I smell a rat. Yes thank you to Mr Hargrave for summarising the chain of events. How a company can burn $30M within two years and become insolvent when all the investment they have to do is in tech/staff and not in heavy machinery or raw materials is beyond me. I would like to know how much (of our) money the BoDs were extracting every month for themselves.

How they could now be delighted to have driven the company to the ground and stole it from the shareholders is beyond belief and criminal. Unbelievable. Anyone associating themselves with Bidstack now is complicit of this robbery.

What a journalist needs to do now is to contact some of the companies who have been supposedly contacted by Bidstack to understand what was actually on the table. If the IP was shielded from any deal and if Draper and his lot tried to keep the IP for their own VST company or whatever it is called, it is fraud in my book as the value of Bidstack lies in the IP.
