If this company goes bust without Draper and Hau finding a way to 'pay back' shareholders I think it's fair to say that nobody in their right mind will ever 'invest' again in their dodgy companies. Too much of a scam in my opinion..

@Gridz what is the IP? There must be regulations in place to prevent company directors walking away with any money if their company goes bust no?

@helx I will be sorry to see Bidstack go as I have 'invested' in this company so would like my money back. Even if I don't make any profits. I am so annoyed with myself for having put my hard earned cash into this money pit. Even more so as I imagine James Draper enjoying the high life with my money. Anyway I have learned my lesson for sure. This company had huge potential, it is just badly managed, the board of Directors has been burning cash for too long.

Also interesting to see also that with or without the big wigs this company is not making any money (in one of the most promising market there is at the moment - the game industry) so what was the point of paying inflated salaries to all these 'advisers' and how on earth can the CEO justify paying himself a 500k salary when the company is not reaching the market expectations let alone the minimum required to survive?! Count Drapula has sucked the money out of this company like helx rightly said. Happy Christmas James Draper! Hope you have a nice one on us who have gullibly invested in your company.

Why so many buys today?

God just read the news...a bit disappointing to say the least!!. Do you think that Count Drapula will eventually sell Bidstack to EA and that VST will carry on using the technology of Bidstack for other game developers? Bidstack cannot develop programmatic advertising with clients with games like FC24 as FC24 may have their own sponsors and partnerships but EA can use the technology for its own partners. However VST can create more deals for different games and still use the Bidstack technology? I am not sure it makes sense financially but it makes sense to separate the technology from the marketing side somehow...
