Nigoil, so you have read back through the posts on this board yesterday and are basically saying that Carrots version of events isn't a true reflection of the AGM discussions? If that's the case I'd be interested to hear your version please.

In keeping with tradition the annual report publication appears to be delayed as per RNS indicated time of 12:00.

Annual Report and Accounts out at 12:00 today. AGM 15th May. Hopefully good news will follow.
